I visited KFC in Istanbul opposite to the seaport on June17, 2017 between 1pm to 2 pm. The man on the very first counter in front of the door attended me. I gave him 200 Turkish Lira and bought only one piece of chicken which was only of 5 Turkish Lira and he has not returned me my amount and I also forgot to take from him. I sent somebody to collect my amount on my behalf because I was boarding flight for Greece but they replied that their workers come on sift and they don’t know who he was. It made me really upset as I was travelling from Pakistan to Greece and I am still upset about it. I always consider KFC as a trust worthy international chain but I had a very unpleasant experience from him.
I think when they were told about specific time, date and counter it was not difficult to trace the person. Besides if it was then the excessive amount which counted at the end of shift or day was mine but they didn’t take interest in that case and simply denied to look into the matter. Delay in registering my complaint is because I have reached my country this morning. I shall be thankful and obliged if my case is pursed and my remaining amount is returned.
