1) NO-ONE has manners to talk be it receptionist to customer care executive to customer relationship Manager
2) NOT AT ALL co-operative staff
3) Have an attitude problem
4) EVENT THE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANGER – ADITYA was rude at Koncept, Okhla.
They will tell you they do not have space to keep your car till you get insurance approvals and if you give them approvals for repair, they will not return ur car on time. Not just this, they cannot detect the problem at once. They will tell you a new problem, when it comes to deliver your car !

Dear sir,
On 02/05/2104 I brought my car Hyundai i10, DL8CAA1364 to Himgiri workshop for running repair (Engine oil leakage & Engine over heating). I then in the evening call Mr.S.K. Tyagi (Service advisor) to know the status of my car. He told me that my car is absolutely fine after normal service and it need only clutch overhaul. So, i have given him verbal approval for clutch overhaul work.
So, on 03/05/2014 I brought my car back after paying the bill amount.
Then on 07/05/2014 I brought my car back to the workshop for engine over heating problem, they then again fixed the problem saying it was just the leakage of coolant from a pipe and I came back.
Then on 22/05/2014, I again faced the same problem. This time I was harassed badly because my car broke down in the middle of traffic and I brought the car again in the workshop. This time I directly talked to the service manager Mr. Rajeev Sharma. He said not to worry and said to just give him a day to observe my car.
Today, i.e. 23/05/2014 I called him myself to know the status, then he said that my car needs engine overhaul and it will cost me another Rs 20,000-25,000.
I was so shocked to hear that because 20 days back they said the car is OK and I have spend 18000.00 on the service. Now they are again demanding Rs 25,000 from me.
If they had told me about the engine fault on the very first day i.e. 02/05/2014 then I would have easily sold my car to the dealer. But now after spending Rs 18,000, they have left me with no other option. Now I cant sell my car nor i can spend another Rs 25,000.
Now, Mr. Rajender singh (GM-Service) told me to either pay Rs 25,000 more or take my car back.
I request HYUNDAI MOTOR INDIA LIMITED to kindly look into the matter and provide me with a concrete solution as I am facing a lot of problem without my car. I am a field person and I drive 100 km per day. I cant afford without car even a single day.

I have raised this complaint number 1- 808983783 on 05-05-2014. No one has reverted on the same till date.
It is very sorry to say that I am facing lots of problems from your workshop. I am one of your customer, I am having I20 Vehicle model 2012 , has been sent to your office for repair on 12 April 2013 & the estimate date of delivery given to me was 2 May 2013. Since many days they are delaying the delivery. I am tired of waiting. When delivered, new set of problems have arose.
1. The back tyre has a problem.
2. There is a sound from left tyre.
3. A weird sound when speed over 60.
4. Trip meter not properly working.
5.Wiper blade not properly working.
In all this process I have been charged approx 1.65lac (in which 47k given by me & rest by Insurance co). After charging such a huge amount your engineers are not able to solve the issue.
My complaint is with Air Condition which shows below problems.
1. AC not cooling in the long distance travel after 30 minutes of travel.
2. Sometimes vehicle gets stopped
This problem was reported right from August 2012 and till this date the problem
remain same. Every time i leave the vehicle to fix this problem, one part or the
other is being changed stating that could be the reason for AC not working. My
vehicle is being used for experiment by your engineers and nobody knows what the
problem is exactly. Instead i keep spending everytime for the parts close to
Rs.10000/- and so far in 6 services for the same problem i spent Rs.55000/-.
Now the vehicle is with this service centre for the last one month and there is no
proper reply from your service centre.
Hi, i am using Hyundai i-10 era 2009 model and i am very disheartened with the service i have received. After the service, light stopped working which was working initially and the left indicator stopped working.. the box of air filter was broken. It was in a good shape prior to service and the major problem occurred when my car steering started making sounds and and also the gear was too tight. After all these troubles the very next day i called the service center, they said someone would come and will fix the car. The very next day the service agents arrived and was able to fix the break lights only and said for the remaining you would need to come to the service center so i went and they said it is Monday so it would take at least 5 to 6 hours for me to get my car so i denied as i have to go to work in the evening in the same car. They said the agent would come to my house and will pick up the car and would return it after 3 to 4 hours time which they did and the problem was fixed but the trouble started the very next day when i was going to office.. the steering sound started again which never happened in these 4 years and i called the advisor he said sir we can’t do anything about this problem as your steering is damaged you would need to replace. It was the most pathetic service i’ve got from Hyundai..
I am disheartened with the quality of services Hyundai has started to provide.When Companies grow ,expand and develop, their services and products become better and better, but in case of Hyundai this saying just got reversed.
I am a loyal user of Hyundai cars since 2001,Recently i also purchased a Hyundai i10.
My concern is that my car (i10) has some RPM issue.RPM does not stay stable ,it keeps on rising and droping automatically.My car automatically stops in between as the RPM drops to “zero” automatically. This problem have been persisting for almost 6-8 months but till now i have got any resolution. Hyundai staff is so inefficient that they even cant find what exactly the problem is ,forget about the resolution.
Initially i went to HIMIGIRI HYUNDAI-WAZIPUR, they told me this problem is related to CNG and sadly we dont have any modern equipment or any technician who looks after the work of CNG. In this way they shed their responsibility and guided me to go to INC-HYUNDAI (lawrence road )-so called CNG specialist.
At INC they told me this is not only CNG issue but also there is some trouble with petrol as the RPM was also rising and droping while in petrol .Now i have two workshops with different opinions.From this we can easily derive that one of workshop’s technician knows nothing.
INC People have fooled me many times as they once said get your CNG service done all problems will get fixed but it did not.Either they are not doing anything or doing something which is not required to be done.
I have been now visited INC for at least 6-7 times for the same problem but it has not been resolved yet..
Seriously i regret why did i purchase Hyundai-i10 ,Wagon-R would have been a much better option,i also have one wagon-R but it never gave any kind of problem.
I am a owner of a new i20 sport diesel. My complaint is that there is a 2nd gear pick up problem for my car. Another i20 drove did not have this problem. I had to visit hyundai showroom but their customer service is very poor.
I too suffered in hands of Spring Hyundai. They have given very poor service. I gave the car for repair. They inflated the bills like anything. Also car was delivered after 5 MONTHS….again I am saying it is after 5 months.
On top of it they held my remote of the car back and now are saying I have lost it.
Even the car is not performing so well.
Overall I can see a very poor response from Hyundai .If you put a complaint, there is no response from the company. Cost of repair of Hyundai car is very high.

EON Era+ is good product, I m really enjoying the same. I have purchased my CAR on Dhanteras (Diwali) 11th Nov 2012. I have received may offers in new paper etc. but at the time of billing we have received Discount in insurance (Biller also agreed but he has charged the same from me). When we have called him for the same he is using abusing language for the same. I m really not satisfied with this dealer and this deal due to this cheating.
I need proper resolution on the same and same I m expecting from your end. If still not received any resolution I will definitely take the legal call.
I was a satisfied customer of Hyundai from 2000 onwards. My first car was santro and in 2009 i upgraded to i10-sportz. i had purchased both the cars from KTC Hyundai, calicut. 3 months before, on a fine morning, the inbuild stereo of my i -10 stopped working. When approached KTC, i was told that the IC of the set was to be replaced. It was not available with them and it was better to replace it from outside repair centres. I was desperate with this response as i had never given my car for service to any any place other than company service centre. But since the stereo was to be repaired, i approached many outside service shops both in Calicut as well as kochi, where i work. I was surprised to hear that no one was ready to repair the same as all were of the same opinion that Hyundai inbuild stereo cannot be repaired, it was more or less-use and throw material. Now being desperate , i purchased a new Kenwood stereo and dumped the Hyundai stereo in a corner of my garage.

Sub: CNG kit problem reg.
Sir. I had bought Hundai i10 car with company CNG fitted in November 2011 vide registration no. DL2CAM 6406. I am facing very bad experiecnce with the CNG from the begining.Just to let you know about my bad experience :-
1) I am getting very poor mileage with CNG as well as petrol as claimed by you.This is very bad
2) CNG level indicator( front of driver seat) is not showing the proper indication of balance quantity in CNG cylinder.
3) . The car ignition stut off 2-3 timesin the morning within the travelling span of 1-2 KM even I use to scan the car & idle run for 1-2 minuts before move it.
So many times ( atleast 15-16 times) I had sent my car to your authorized service dealer INC Huyndai, Lawrance Road, Delhi for the rectification of above said problems & every time they assured the rectification of these problems but serive station people are unable to rectify these problem even last month I sent my car 04 times to your authorized service dealer INC Huyndai, Lawrance Road, Delhi.
Now I am frustrated with all of this. I bought this company fitted CNG car for better mileage which also economically fits to my pocket but the expenses are beyond my expectation.
My thinking after this purchase is that Hyundai can only promise a lot of things regarding CNG but the product does not fulfil it’s promise. Doesn’t Hyundai have proper quality control check?
Last but not the least, Kindly take the immediate & promt actions to rectify my CNG related problems or remove the CNG kit from my car and refund my money at the earliest.

I think there are serious quality issues in Hundai cars. I bought i10 Asta Automatic the high end model and the company replaced the front seat for upholstery issue after it started developing some stains from inside. Now the silencer is rusted and I am told it need complete replacement which cost 5000 Rs. I had Marutti, Toyota and Volks Wagon cars in the past and never faced such quality issues. This is my first Hundai car and looks like I made the wrong choice.

Samuvel, Hyundai doesn’t seem to reveal the escalation matrix. You’ll only get run arounds…. With my experiences for the last 14 months with multiple issues with Hyundai, all that I understood is that they ‘just dont care for their customers’. Even if you get an escalated contact, he / she would try to push the matter to the lower levels possible. Though it’s a round about, going to the consumer forum will be the right thing to do.
I purchase new Verna Transform on July 19. Its engine is giving noise and trouble. I approached Krishna, Hyundai Korba one month back. They promised to repair the same but no action has been taken till date. This is a very bad experience, especially with Hyundai.

Daya, I second your point on the Service. Though they are responsive to your feedback (you’ll get couple of calls from the Service dealer if you rate them dissat – nothing happens post that), all that you get is a workaround or a temporary fix than a permanent resolution. I just got the vehicle serviced for the ECM issue that I wrote about on 2nd Feb and still waiting to see if this is a permanent solution or a temp fix that I always used to get for the past 1 year. Hyundai fails to understand that they are losing customer loyalty. I know some of my friends who sold out their Hyundai, which is just a year old, due the poor service and defective products and moved to a different brand.

Now Hyundai is releasing new version I10 with Gas. I want to know can I have gas kit for my old version series
last 2 years i am using i20-asta petrol vehicle as been serviced from company service centre. Recently i got starting problem, and now the sevice centre is telling that there is a complaint in ECM ,i have to pay 5000 rs, and it will take some days to repair.i have an extended warranty of 3 years.
Hyundai had been hiding this fact that their ECM has a problem. Many of I10 & I20 owners are being given run around saying that it would take some time to rectify this problem. I personally had waited for more than a year to get this problem resolved but in vain. So Sameer, even if you pay the amount, there is no resolution for this problem as of now. Hyundai seem to have no care for this problem and just keeps buying time. I have decided to go legal and so would I recommed you to do.
I purchased one Santro Xing(GLS) from Kolkata. On my transfer to HO at New Delhi I went to Samara Hundai Service Center at Okhla Industrial Area. But they insisted for paid service as the car completed one year.

We purchased i10 car under exchange bonus scheme. But after submitting all the documents hyundai not releasing the bonus amount. Find it not fair.
I purchased my i10 on 27/09/2011 from sainihyundai, Kolkata. But within few days I found 2 tyre ring affected by RUST.
While I have contact saini. They are not showing any interest to resolve the issue.
