Trying to get HP to respond to customer service email or phone is proving impossible. I bought the wrong cartridges for my printer, I would like a refund or even a credit note and send them back. There is zero response from any HP communication channel. For a tech company this is laughable.
I have since bought the correct cartridges from another much more efficient and reliable source and will never buy from HP again.
HP, you are appalling in your slowness.
If you find all these comments, one after another, annoying, then you are beginning to feel how annoying I am finding your continued campaign to buy your overpriced cartridges. It will not make me buy your cartridges, it will simply remind me not to buy an HP printer again, and thus avoid the hassle.
I am contacting HP regarding unauthorised payments taken from my account for HP printer instant ink . Like others commenting here all numbers shown are dead. Please contact me urgently.
I’ve had problems with my printer which was due to an old e- mail address.
However I notice on my latest bank statement there have been payments made to you on 24/25 th Jan . Also on the5th Feb.
Can you explain why. I have received one new ink cartridge recently.
Many thanks. Jean Twigg
I purchased a laptop in August 2018 and was not working properly. Service was dire and both my husband and I made complaints. Customer support would not let us speak direct with the complaints dept and they still have not got back to us two weeks later despite numerous further phone calls.
Set for repair and still not working properly. Poor quality and even worse service
Most of the phone numbers that I have found online for HP are either dead numbers or not available, do you not want to speak to customers.
Please email me a number that I can call, that will not cost me a fortune to use.
Alternatively / better still you can call me
I have a small issue with my new printer, Envy Photo 7134
Thank you
My computer has stopped working properly since a software update. I am told because my machine is out of warranty, I will have to pay to have support to fix this. I did not break the machine the software was what caused the machine not to work properly. Daylight robbery.
My printer developed a fault. This morning it has been resolved quickly and easily. I want to say, thank you to the young woman who sorted it out for me over the phone. Unforunately,I don’t remember her name. I am sure you can find her on your system, though. She was very knowledgable and helpful.
On August 16th I emailed that my Office Pro printer broke down(print head problem). I should point out that this was the 3rd machine to have this fault in the last year.
Having received no reply and in need of a printer I went out and purchased a new one.
Low and behold a replacement has arrived on the 29th with no warning.
I have no need or indeed want this machine.
Can you please arrange for its uplift at your earliest convenience?
I got an email saying I won a lottery..is this true? does HP support this?
such mails are usually fake..
Had a look at my mother’s HP PSC 2400 all-in-one because a carriage jam was reported only to find the component that secures the carriage to the belt had broken. Although the printer was 5 years old at time of fault it had hardly been used and for this component to break I can only conclude that the part was under-engineered. I am very disappointed with this product as this sub-standard part has effectively disabled her office. I don’t consider a product costing several hundred pounds only lasting a few years acceptable and I won’t be buying HP ever again.
