Know the Return & Cancellation Policy

Lenskart has a less complex return and cancellation policy. If you cancel the order before it has been shipped, the entire amount will be refunded back to you. You can notify them beforehand by calling or emailing them about the cancellation. Further, Lenskart offers a 14-day guarantee return on all products that you purchase. If you need to return the contact lenses, make sure that they are unused and in original packaging with instruction papers, warranty and other accessories intact. Please note that opened boxes will not be accepted even if the lenses are unused. The company also does not accept exchange or refund of eyewear which have scratches on frame or lens that were not present at the time of delivery. Accessories, such as lens cleaners and contact lens cases are not covered under refund or exchange.

If you wish to return the product, you will receive the refund amount to your account in 1 to 5 business days in case of wallet or debit card payment. Expect the refund within 7 to 10 days in case of credit card payment. And if it is cash on delivery, you will be asked to fill your UPI/bank details through a link shared via email. You will get the amount credited to your account within 24 hours. Customers also get the option to accept the refund in the form of store credit which they can receive instantly in their account after pick-up.

How to Return/Cancel or Exchange

Login to account: For those who have purchased their eyeglasses online, you need to sign in to your account with registered email or mobile and look for recent orders. Here you will be able to provide a reason and request refund/exchange.

Visit the nearest store: You can take your product with all its accessories to the outlet. The store will inspect the product after which you can get your glasses either adjusted or exchanged.

Schedule a pick-up: The company offers a free pick-up service. A pick-up will be arranged from your location within 2 to 5 days.

Ship product to Lenskart: Pack the product and stick the return label that will be emailed to you on the box. Then select any courier service and ship the product to Lenskart at the given address. You can choose to exchange or take a refund as per the policy once the returned item is reached.
