At Travelguru, cancellation policies and refund claims are solely dependent on the hotel booked. Travelguru charges 3% of the transaction fee for all hotel cancellations, and to cancel hotel bookings, reach the customer care at +91-22-40304878 or +91 92111 77444. To cancel flight tickets, the flight date should be more than 48 hours for e-ticket and 72 hours for paper ticket. Grievances over cancellation and refund claims can also be addressed through Voxya, a trusted online platform for resolving consumer complaints. To file a complaint, visit the website and fill the complaint registration form, with case details, personal info, and resolution or desired outcome of the complaint. Ensure to attach evidence, complaint details, and click submit to register. Voxya will escalate the filed complaint to the concerned division in Travelguru, and an update of refund status will be emailed to the consumer. In most cases, if the cancellation policies meet the terms and conditions of the company, the refund process would be initiated in 2-4 business days.
