Customers can now avail easy return, exchange, and cancel Myntra orders through the Myntra App and website www.myntra.com. To cancel and manage orders, tap on profile under the main menu, and login with registered mobile number, and select items for cancellation under My Orders and avail refund within 7-10 days after cancellation. To claim a refund on return products within 30 days of receiving the order, create a Return Request under My Orders, and click on Return for pick-up facility. Myntra initiates the refund process after pick-up of return products, and for payments via PhonePe Wallet/Myntra credit, get instant refund post cancellation/return. 

To claim a refund over cancellation of Myntra products, follow the social media site of Myntra on Twitter and, also on Facebook. Customers can post complaints on Twitter with hashtag refund/cancel, and keep it specific and crisp with relevant details such as date of purchase, invoice number, and shopping items with billed amount at the time of purchase. On Facebook, customers can comment under the community page and as well as contact Myntra through the Facebook Messenger. Always check under your complaint thread for responses from Myntra, and the refund process initiates within 3-4 business days, after verified cancellation. 

Alternatively, customers can also claim refunds through Resolver India, a free online tool for consumer grievance. To file a complaint directly, visit the Resolver India website. Click on refund and returns and select refund request refused, and enter Order ID, and write the details of the complaint with attached proof of receipts, registered email id with Myntra, invoice copy, shopping particulars, and date of purchase. The generated complaint will be sent directly to Myntra customer care, and responses will be intimated to your Resolver case file, and after verification of complaint, refund amount will reflect within 2 working days.
