What is the Cancellation & Refund Policy

BigBasket has a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which allows you to return the product at the time of delivery. Once the returned product is picked up a credit note is issued for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your account. Few products such as perishable goods should be returned within 48 hours from the delivery date and other products within 7 days from the delivery date.

BigBasket does not charge any cancellation fee. Also note that you will not be able to cancel an order after the cut-off time for all orders. The cut-off time is the time after which the order gets processed for delivery. For example, cut-off time for Slot 3 and Slot 4 is 12 noon on the same day and for Slot 1 and Slot 2 is 7 pm on the previous day.
