- Navigate through the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) menus and proceed to talk to a customer support executive.
- Keep your Indonesian KTP handy because you have to verify your identity first. Once you have verified your identity, ask the customer service executive to terminate your IndiHome home telephone connection.
- The customer support executive may ask you the reason for your cancellation as well as persuade you to rethink your decision. But if you have made up your mind, then you can proceed with the cancellation.
- Once the cancellation is successful, you will be notified about any pending bills that you have to pay as well as the procedure to return your leased device(s).
How to Cancel or Deactivate IndiHome at Store

- First, you need to find the nearest Plaza Telkom store around you through the official online store locator here. Do note that the opening hours are between 8 AM and 4 PM from Monday to Friday and 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturday.

- After you have reached the retail location, proceed to submit a termination request. In the request, you have to present your IndiHome telephone billing number along with the reasons for your cancellation.
