Customer care executives are not at all serious about the customers’problem. If a customers wants to contact a partcular executive it is not possible. So customer has to explain his problem to so many customer care executives ( In my case I would have explained more than 50 executive). Still result is very big zero. There is no correct mail ID also to escalate the problem. Mails are coming back saying it is non responsive. The worst system. Customers are the sufferers.

1. The services provided by the company are really praise worthy & my compliments to the entire team of Goibibo.
2. A small suggestion if of any use for your brand name
a. Please Don’t rate properties as two/three/ four star because there is lot of mismatch in actuals. Your own company reputation is also on stake when you charge money by rating the property 3/4 four star & in actual the property doesn’t deserve more than one star. The profits may increase for short duration but brand value will not.
b. The next generation, kids traveling with parents from childhood will have wrong notion for star ratings of properties.
3. Please do check sometimes the properties as a customer before labeling them as 3/4 star.
4. The customer’s experience & word of mouth will go long way for Goibibo’s reputation.

I am having a horrid experience with Goibibo as I a facing numerous challenges to transfer my refund amount to my back account from their wallet. The process is ridiculous and after almost 2 years, I’m back to square one where I am unable to use the money. I have booked a bus ticket from Jaipur to Delhi on 09 Apr 22. Due to some emergent health reasons, I have to change my plan. I tried to cancel the ticket through ibibo app but it showed some error. Even after continued trial for almost half an hour, I couldn’t succeed. Non cancellation deprived me the refund of ticket money. I informed the matter to the bus operator but he said that it is to be processed through goibibo. I tried to contact goibibo on telephone but couldn’t contact the representative as there is no option available to connect to executive. I mailed the material and screenshot to service@goibibo.com and also on travel@goibibo.com but both are returned back by saying that it is not dealt at here but nobody guiding as where to contact for resolving the query.
I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai by Flight No.G8-503 travel date 05.03.2022 vide PNR No.L5PLQF, received a message on 26.02.2022 that flight has been cancelled and refund will be made to Goibibo within 8 to 10 working days. Till to date goibibo has not refunded the flight fare. I am unable to contact the customer care centre. Please help in getting the refund.

I have booked 4 tickets to and from from mumbai to delhi for 21 Jan 2022 and return on 30 Jan 2022 (PNR: RL4P8M). I had to cancel the ticket due to covid pandemic and as per Govt advisory in this regard. The cancellation was done through the respective Airline official. The airline has mailed me confirming the cancellation and refund of entire amount of all the tickets. But I am yet to get refund of for the subject cancellation from GOIBIBO.

I have been contacting time and again the organisation and it takes weeks to to explain the details to one representative to another (as directed), and months to get surprisingly the wrong answer which states that “your ticket has been REFUNDED”. Though it is the internal matter of the administration, delays in getting the reply and WRONGFULLY connecting the refund details of another ticket bought at the same time is unthinkable. It is surprising that the company is not able to fetch the details from the system and sort out the matter in such a long time.
I have booked 2 ticket to and from from mumbai to kozhikode and return . Had to cancel the ticket due to covid infection. The airline has mailed me confirming the cancellation and refund of entire amount of both the ticket. But I have got refund of only 1 ticket of return flight. I also received mail from goibibo stating the refund of amount. But the amount is not yet credited ( PNR HS555E ) Neither it is reflecting in my trip of goibibo app. Nor I am able to speak to any customer care executive directly.
My flight from Varanasi to Ahmedabad on 2nd January 2022 SG 2972 PNR number Q8JKKV was cancelled due to bad weather but still only partial amount was refunded by goibibo, I tried calling goibibo several times but no response from goibibo.
I had two train bookings which were refunded by IRCTC (train rerouted because of floods). Please check the reference number. IRCTC has refunded 5 weeks ago and still no update from the GOIBIBO side. The app and customer care automated numbers are pathetic. No customer service from them. I have been trying to reach out but of no use. It is almost 2 months now.

We had our tickets booked for Air India flight from LHR to ATQ on 1st Feb 2020, which ess cancelled by the airline .Its been 10 months since we have raised the refund request with GoIbibo.
I have tried calling goibibo customer care numerous times. However, I am not able to get a response on the status of the refund and why is it taking so long when the Airline takes only 7 days to process the refund.

I booked tickets to pune with pnr 6IYPRF and 6J25VZ and since the airport is shut on those days so Vistara refunded the full amount to goibibo.

I had booked flight ticket PNR UU3KNL for Air Asia through goibibo.com. The flight got cancelled and so they have returned the money with full refund. However, since the flight was booked through goibibo.com, the website has stored the money onto their own wallet. Whenever, I try to transfer the refund from their wallet to my bank account, the website reject it saying some problem with their webpage. I tried several times calling their helpline no but they are claiming they cannot help. Although, Air Asia was very prompt in refunding the money, the website goibibo.com is holding money with them without my permission.
