I sent a package to my cousin in India and it’s been stuck in clearance delay since 30th of May. It is now 5th of June, the guaranteed delivery date. I called the FedEx here in the US and I was told, my cousin was notified of documents needed to clear customs and that duty taxes needs to be paid, which is false. Since the package arrival into India, my cousin has not received any phone calls or emails from FedEx. I was given the phone number above to call, so we can get the necessary documents needed l, but the number doesn’t exist. First time using this service and this will be my last. I didn’t realized how stressful sending gifts to family members can be…
FedEx India service is pathetic. We pay so much only to collect our own parcel from their counter when it arrives! And worse, we are made to pay custom duties as well. Shyt! Even small retail companies deliver it at home…. This will be the last time I shall be using Fedex.

Worst experience I ever had with any company. Fedex guys are doing just nothing, they are there to keep linger on their customers.
They are just updating fake updates on their websites, and the most amazing thing is that, they are even not trying to listen my problem, or trying to solve it.
If this is the service quality of Fedex, then I must say, Indian post or any local courier is much better than that. They at least take your complaint serious. They took 6 or more to deliver a shipment from Pune to Delhi, then if a booked a international parcel, what do they do.

A consignment having AWB#665569922775 had been booked from Shenzhen China on 25.02.2016. We have provide all the KYC documents for the Clarance of the shipment including KYC forms and with address proof of the company. But our shipment is still on Hold for the clearance.We are following from last weeks but the your executive didn’t have actual status for the clearance. Even we asked them to connect with your clearance team but they do not have any contact details or way to solve our requirement. If We have already provide IEC code document on which over all company address are mentioned on that custom documents. So why the customs is required the delivery address proof again and again if the all addreses are declared on their documents.As per our understanding this is lac of knowledge and miscommunication between customer care executive and your clearance which effected your services and customer business. Kindly look in to the matter and support us for the urgent clearance of the shipment.
My customer booked from Kolkata consignment No: 808469408899 dated 18-2-2016 very important parcel to Secunderabad heart of the city.
But till date no response nor deliver of parcel after repeated complaints. Only taking complaints by phone no result. Now if they deliver the parcel it is no use to us. I am sorry to say service is very very poor and i recommend others better to depend on India Post and keep our PM slogan Make in India

I have shipped a package from US ( FedEx store within campus of Washington University at St Louis, Missouri, 63112) to kolkata on 12/08/15. It’s a gift to my father and the item is for personal use only and wroth $50, The tracking id is 781888347341. it weighs 2lb and I paid $177.14 for shipment. (here is my transaction from JP Morgan Chase bank -FEDEX 781888347341 MEMPHIS TN).
From 13th of December there was no details updated on the whereabouts of my package. First they asked for commercial invoice I provided that on 21st of December. Then they went silent again. Finally after making numerous calls I found out that Fedex works with a third party company call Cogent which asked for KYC documents from my father even though it was not an item for export/import. We submitted everything on 31st. Yesterday a delivery man from. FedEx came and asked for Rs 1,894 ie around $30 from my parents for customs duty fee. I was never informed about such fees and they refused to provide any paper works. The delivery man asked my father to sign on hand printed paper said that the money needs to be in cash. I have previously only used USPS and UPS and have sent items worth $300 without any problem. I have no idea what is going on. I sent a gift to my parents which they never receive in time till today, and they are constantly harassed by FedEx personals for custom duty fees even though it is far less than $ 10K.
I had booked cell phone model S5? (Karbon)with M/s snapdeal company in Sept.2014 vide order no.2772939215 sub order no3762570528 and your FedEx company was engaged for delivery purpose vide track no.770167574843. The scheduled data of delivery was given 13.09.2014.I had been in touch with your Srinagar office for about two months and when they failed to deliver the product,I cancelled the order. I vigorously followed the with the seller but no refund has been made by them. The case is already in the notice of Mr.Sood your regional Manager. The whereabout of the phone is not known till date my hard earned money of ?7124/- has not been refunded. As such it is requested to to refund my money with interest and penalty without any further delay.
Pathetic service by FedEx..Never thought it’s such a sucking courier service. Last 2 days 4 times talked to customer care for pick-up. Customer care does not even bother to say he is killing the call without resolving the issue..wondering where to go now..any email address so that i can get my issue resolved??
A consignment having # 802619912096 had been booked from Bhubaneswar on dtd12.04.13 and has not been delivered yet.The delivery status show incorrect address.We have been sending through other courier to Maxi & co on this address since last ten years.Very poor & pathetic service.I tried to contact the customer care service through toll free nos but of no use.The person I spoke to was not bothered to listen to my complaint and cut my calls.

Very pathetic courier service. They claim to be one of the best courier company. My tracking number is 549966050784. From 11th Feb 2013 its showing as delivered, but today its 15th Feb and I have not received my courier yet.
I called the customer care as well, but no hopes. Vipul the csr just gave the complaint nos. 215004925. That’s it. No update yet.
Very bad service as we need to chase our documents inspite of paying for priority service charges. This keeps on happening on a regular basis. I am very sorry to say the reply what i get from customer service is very unprofessional and looks like i am dealing with a small part time courier and not with FEDEX .
