    I keep calling 1318 and the other 018 number but the recorded voice keep directing me to key in my number which has been reactivated. So it is useless. How can I speak to a human staff who can help me reactivate my number?


    Urgent – I have a corporate line when i am working at Multi Purpose with No: 01822002001 which promise after 3 month its become my number . I kept the number .

    The plan quite expansive but unable to change the plan due to is corporate name . With the help of one AGM MPI Generali , manage to contact account manager ,Enterprise Business – Kent Wong Kok Tiem .018 2008608 to change from corporate to individu and change plan from RM38 to RM79.

    Ok my line change plan but bill statement still under multipurpose Holdings Berhad –

    Now i want to change simcard to Nanocard but go to authorised dealer cannot as they say

    this No: 0182202001 no belong to me .Try to call this Wong but failed or never pickup.

    What should i do and who can i refer to resolve this.

  3. GREETINGS…. My U Mobile line has been terminated since 8th December 2017.
    Last Friday (2nd March 2018), ive paid the outstanding Bill amount RM144.10 at one of your center in Ipoh Parade, Perak and decided to change the previous plan (P70) ive been used since March 2017. After I settled the bill, i also asked the agent that assist me, Mr Beh Shien Loong (as stated in the receipt) if I can change the plan from P70 to P28 using the same line (012-5414125) ive used before and he said yes.
    Then he gave me a new Sim Card and tell me that the line with the new plan (P28) will active in 2 hours after the registration on 1.30pm at the same day. After waiting for about a few days (NOT 3 HOURS) the line still COULD NOT CONNECTED.
    Ive decided to call your Service Center (SC) Agent yesterday (04th March 2018) @ 11. 45am, and the agent (MR DAVE) said will fix my problem and will gave me the feedback after 3 hours. After waiting and waiting (AGAIN), by 5.48pm ive decide to call back your SC and was attended by an Indian Girl with the promise to get Mr Dave to call me back within15 minutes. AFTER WAITING FOR HALF AN HOUR (NOT 15 MINUTES AS PROMISED) AGAIN i call back the SC (and this time my mother had to intervene) and I was attended by MISS ERIN and promised to get Mr Dave to call me back within 10 to 15 minutes or she herself will.
    After 5 minutes as promised, Mr Dave himself called and asking me again what is problem. What kind of stupid question is this? It seems he is not paying any attention when attending my call that morning. After giving him a few information (AGAIN), he said that my mobile number 012-5414125 doesn’t have any records of using U MOBILE line before. (How is that can happen if I do receive the Bills through email, letters and also the notification through my mobile since early ?)
    The only conclusion Mr Dave gave me is to log the report to this Comments Field with the promises that they will settle this problem within 3 to 5 working days. So, im hoping that U Mobile will take this complaint seriously and I will receive the feedback within the said period.

    I am interested to change over from Maxis to U mobile. I went to the U Mobile center at Queeensbay Mall on Feb 5, 2018 and then again on Feb 7, 2018. Till today, nothing has happenned. The staff at Queensbay promised to call me but it did not happen. WHAT IS GOING ON?? U Mobile is not accepting anymore new customers???

    When I received my last month’s bill I was shocked to learn that I was charged an additional RM 49 for “Usage Charges’ of 5 services which I had never subscribed or used. Upon calling 1318 I was told that I might have accidentally clicked some ‘agree to subscribe’ buttons. But how can U Mobile allow other parties to trick us like that and charge through our accounts without our consent? I am considering changing my provider at the end of the month.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the internet connection provided by your company Umobile in my area specifically at Merdeka Villa Bandar Baru Ampang.

    It is with great disappointment that I write to you today regarding my high-speed Internet service. I belief with your constantly expanding and enhancing its network infrastructure to deliver superior voice and data service quality to the consumers, unfortunately for a develop area such Ampang, I experienced severe interruptions to my Internet as well as slow speeds. Not to mention the pay that I’ve already invest towards your service.

    I am expecting a full coverage of 4G LTE home network here instead of 3G as other network company is providing such quality service. I am a loyal consumer of Umobile which I have no intention to move to another service provider. This is very important to have a very stable internet connection to maintain our productivity.

    With regards to this matter, I really appreciate if you could take this on your urgent consideration to investigate and solve it as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your attention.

    Just now I went to Amateur Success Marketing located at 17G, Jalan Raja Haroun.

    1. There are no no greeting from any of them.

    2. And the girl at the counter name Lydia are so rude! She show face with her grumbling manner to us as a customer, then ask other girl from other counter, who attend us and why we went to her arrogantly?

    3. We already told her we want to terminate the line early before she accepted the outstanding payment. But she doesn’t listen well. Only that she told us the owner should come. Come on, she can tell to us nicely right?

    4. Then. I said okay thank you. By the way, she never mention thank you at all. Is this the kind of person you take in customer service line ?

  8. Dear U Mobile, I have gone to your service center at bukit tinggi klang to terminate my phone line on March 2017. While asking the operator Ms.Nithiya, do we need to fill in any form? She said no need and she will proceed the termination based on info that we provide to her….unfortunately, after 2 months, u mobile send me a bill that said that I did not pay for last 2 months?! Immediately I go to the same service center ask them why the line was still active since I have cancelled? Then, Nithiya said she don’t know. I feel sad at this unprofessionalism.

  10. I am trying to do a topup since yesterday (2/05/2017). But the system is telling me to wait until 12noon then 3.00pm then 5.00pm again to 8.00 pm and so on. Until today the problem is not solved. How am i to.make calls without credit and my data is all used up. Just frustrated…… thinking of switching to different telco.

  11. I would like to make a complaint on your customer staff name Amir, he is reluctant to give me his employee code upon request.

    As a customer service (front line) with customer, he is not responsive to customer question, he keep on asking me to hold on the line and asks his colleague how to respond to my question.

    The final question I posted to him is why u mobile is charging me RM 3.00 per bill as I did not receive any hard copy bill instead of e-billing. He took a long time and unable to answer my question. Hence I requested him to call me back for the answer. he promised me to call but till now its been 10 days since I called on 18 Apr 2017.

    As a visiting tourist I foolishly chose prepaid Umobile over Maxis (WHY?)….Initially the service was good, problems started when I needed to simply top-up! I bought a RM30 voucher but found I could not suceed in the final top up. Error saying the voucher was invalid. After many tries (also on another Umobile sim phone) I eventually tried to contact ‘customer service’ Haaaaa! Woman on the line could barely understand me! Then gave me wrong info! My wife tried also speaking to various people at Umobile all to no avail! Finally Umobile asked that I provide a scan of the voucher for them to investigate, they gave an e-mail address which was promptly bounced back by the mail servers! I give up!…buying a Maxis Simm!

  15. Your customer service is down to drain and supersucks. I was tryingto talk a human being rather then dam computer generated vioce which put on hold 1/2 hour. Finally i gave up. Probably if this goes on i have give up using yr service. Just that bad.

  16. U-Mobile customers service center is very unhelpful esp the operator at the Headquarter in Berjaya Time square.
    My request is to speak to Chief Marketing Manager Ms Jasmine to seek your advice regarding a case in Subang Jaya, but I was told that She is not reachable. She secretary even worst, Don’t answer her phone at all. Trying to made so many calls, but in vain. What kind of U-Mobile service is this? I don’t understand why is it that U-Mobile cannot put their top management contacts or their e-mails so that we can forward to them our complaints. Why are the customer service center so afraid to give the top Management contracts or e-mail address Are they trying to hide something. It has given me a very bad impression of U-Mobile.

  17. Wtf Umobile? All of the comments are telling your service is damn bad. I’ve been calling customer care many times and waited for 30mins but no one answers me. Umobile are the worst telco ever!!!

  18. I have been trying to contact U Mobile through 0183881318 since January 2016. Luckily I managed to get through and spoke with one of the staff today 13 May 2016 at +- 12.09 [ the conversation is being recorded ] I explained the problems and my intention to terminate the account was not cleverly answered by the staff. When I got mad because she couldn’t answer, she asked me to hold on and I waited listening to the song put…. Then the line was cut off after 12 minutes of conversation !!!! ( see how much I have spent waiting to solve problems!!! }
    When money is concerned U Mobile is always on time and very strict….unfortunately when we have problems U Mobile will find ways, excuses and try to avoid us as much as possible. Please respond.

  20. The most horrible telecommunications service I have ever experienced. The service VERY slow. I have no choice but to terminate the line. Used not even 1 year. Super stupid! Wake up U-MOBILE.

  21. Data line & phone quality have been poor since I ported over to U Mobile from Celcom. Please improve the quality of your lines in particular data line & there is no 4G available in my area i.e. Kota Kinabalu.
    Please waive my monthly subcriptions for 2 months as the data lines were always unstable & slow data line speed.

  23. Someone from 38822 has been charging my daughter’s account every other day, each time the 38822 message (even when BLOCKED)was sent, she will be charged RM4.00 to her account. It was obvious that someone had hacked into her account with an ill intent and U Mobile is unable to detect the origin or provide a satisfactory explanation.

    Someone from 39916 has been stealing money from my wife’s prepaid account everyday ,each time the 39916 message (even been BLOCKED) will deduct Rm4.00 from her account.U mobile has got no office here in Alor Setar to help.

  25. If UMobile do not have the personnel to respond to customer call (eg, 02110 0199 over the internet) DO NOT publish the number and abruptly replied as “wrong number” repeatedly (ie. around 1.20 PM to 1.40 PM on 28/06/2014, Saturday).

    Better still refer us to Maxis, Unifi, Celcom or DiGi..

  26. Seems like they are afraid to publish email id for consumer to complain. I got cheated by their agent telling me no “hidden cost” but failed to inform me the need to paid deposit. And when confronted that fella acted as if it was my fault! No wonder they are not well accepted by most despite offering cheapest deal. I sent few times to the “web feedback” but NO REPLY at all!

    I want to check outstanding balance for my broadband U-Mobile. Therefore i call customer services wait for 3m44s still nobody pick-up the phone and talk. What is a such STUPID services is this. U-Mobile services is very bad. Sending email, mention the problem need to wait 2weeks for their responds. U-Mobile services is too slow. People who are working there are FUCK. Damn slow.

    I am very frustrated cause I am not able to connect to Internet. When I call the umobile service centre, the agent informed me, that my broadband line is terminated. I did not call to terminate my line, and I just make full payment one day ago at Time Square. I did not receive any notice, that my line is terminated. I will make a complain the the right channel if umobile do not response to this.

  31. U Mobile has been sending me numerous ads but fails to send me a simple message like M**** does when auto-pay transaction for my bill 2 cycles ago failed. No notification sent when my line was barred too. When I called customer service, instead of telling me my line has been barred, I was told there were some service interruption in my area. 4 days later; when I finally realized my line has been barred; I was told about the odd one out failed auto-pay transaction. Why did U Mobile not include the amount in the subsequent month auto-pay transaction that made it through? Anyway I made the payment, and now my numerous calls to customer service to get my line activated went unanswered. Please, if your customer service hours ends at 5 PM, then tell us so. Why ask your customer to “hold” and promise “kami akan melayani anda sebentar lagi” when in fact nobody is going to pick up the call until the next business day? You could simply tell us your business hours, and we do not have to waste our time waiting on the line forever.

  36. I have been complaining about your customer service even I have yet to use your telco more than a year!! Customer service sucks to the max! I’ve personally went to your Times Square “service counter” to reload my prepaid for my iPad usage. First, it was wrongly reloaded by your sales person(Lee Sim Yuen). I can’t use it after 4 days. Back to your “service counter” and find out she did not reload the 3G usage for me! I don’t know which part went wrong when I even brought my iPad there for reload! Then I met another service crew, Athirah! Confidently informed me everything will be just fine and she will call me, she mentioned she had my contact and will call me back within 2 days after Raya Haji! What is the date now? I bet you can count it how many days it has been passed! No revert! Calling your customer service hotline and I’ve been waiting for 30min? No staffs are working? I’ve paid RM68 since 28/10/11 and I can’t even use my iPad until now. You gotta do something, or else you are just a lousy telco company ever!!
