  1. Hi Reliance,

    I DO NOT HAVE SERVICE ON MY Reliance # 9343923979(Bangalore). I am very very-very disappointed after taking the Reliance postpaid connection after a month as my services are barred without erstwhile/former information , not able to make any outgoing calls neither receiving a call nor able to send SMS through my phone.

    I am not able to connect to customer care (Human) on *222 through my phone. So, I called to 198 and most wondering part is NO Postpaid Agent work on 198 line. Every time I call agent says: “you have connected to Prepaid line”, I ask them to put me on Postpaid or to the Manager who have access to CRM or the postpaid stuff, to provide a common phone number on the Post Paid Floor—Which was never done. Nobody is willing to connect the call to the manager or somebody who can help me.. There was many times the call was disconnected very rudely not allowed me to speak!!

    Every time agents told me about the compliant and never gave me complaint #. That means, the agents want to fool the customer every time when they don’t want to help the one who lands on the IVR. I will make sure, this thing goes in press and get printed…. Let everybody know how people are cheated! Just by saying “we are not the right person to help” and “NO options are given to help you”.

    ****Mostly used statement was “ I will not connect you to any one, I am the most superior manager on the floor/phone!” *****

    Main part comes in here: I have not intimated about cutting off from my services, every time I got a call for confirmation, I gave the address to them and was 100% matching with the records that Reliance Database has though! Now Customer care agent says the connection is dropped due to verification issue; then my question is for what region the calls were made to confirm the address part over the phone and wasting my time 4 to 5 times??????? This is very sick method, if this thing is so called “process” !!

    Whatever it might be, I want my services back on my phone by Now!! Call me on 9742555922. Take an action now!! If not I would go a-head and tell to all my pals, relatives and colleges to disconnect the connections if it is Reliance, as they may get barred from services @ any moment, in future.

    @ Bindu — Spoke to me as a postpaid agent and promised me for giving a call back which never happened!! The call was handled by her was on last [email protected] 1.PM around i.e., the 19th of Feb, Bangalore.

    There are NO TRAINING/Pre Call taking process updates; given to the agents, That’s what I can say after speaking to 10 different agents/escalation handling agents.

    Sorry, if I sound harsh! But, I am in need of that number–be in my shoes and think,” if you are cuttoff from the world by shutting down your services on your phone with a prior information” how would you respond. That’s true! That’s how you would feel!!

    Shockingly, i am not even able to receive Porting Code for this number.
    Tried to make it work with the help of Reliance Web World but they keep saying that they have posted the complaint and are waiting for the reply.

    My name is Vijay Sharma and I am using the reliance network. My no. is (9313296970) which was recently converted from prepaid to postpaid on September 29, 2012. In this regard, this is to inform you that I am not satisfied with this facility and want to change my phone again into prepaid. I discussed the issue with miss Dipti, Manager reliance authorize mobile center B-7, Sector-5, Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad U.P phone no. 0120-3144567, but could not get any positive response.

    Keeping in view the above you are requested to look into the matter and get my number converted into prepaid from postpaid, at the earliest.

    Reliance claims to provide 2g mobile internet speeds of upto 236kbps equivalent of download speed of 29.5kbps. However since august 2012, I am getting only 1-3 kbps of download speed due to which I cannot download applications on my phone as the connection times out. I have subscribed to a 20gb plan valid for
    90days. However given the speed I get, I will never be able to use all the data in my plan even if I keep downloading 24 hours/Day.
    I have made numerous complaints to the customer care. However my complaints remain unresolved to date and the cc say each time when I try to follow up that
    they do not have an update as to when the problem will be solved or else give another excuse not to register the complaint that the problem will be solved either the same day, the next day or in the next 5 days. In this time, my problem is still unsolved.

  5. I am using Reliance net connect for my computer. I am in Hyderabad, Himayathnagar (Andhra Pradesh) and offered a good coverage by Reliance. Problem is I am not getting promised speed from reliance wireless internet.

  6. i bought a Reliance 3G modem recently, three weeks to be precise. initially there was no problem with the modem as well as the connections. however, after two weeks the connection stopped. 10 GB finished in a fortnight! i used it only for browsing Facebook. and with no history of downloaded files, that came pretty surprising. i took the problem to a retail outlet which offered no help.

    just today, i recharged again for rs 225. again, the connection don’t work as expected. the network changed to HSDPA replacing the old HSPA which worked well. i checked the problem moments ago in the net. surprisingly, it happened to be the latest generation of broadband internet. however, the speed is awfully slow, 3 to 4 KB per second. Reliance is just a joke. perhaps they should spend more on customer satisfaction rather than wooing unsuspecting client with their advertisement. they are all lies and Reliance is just another bad joke.

    moreover, i used tata photon+ before. for the unlimited plans, all the connections lasted a month. of course, after using up the recharged amount, the speed slows. i had expected the same with my Reliance modem. unfortunately, the connection stopped within three weeks. maybe i am unaware of the rules and plans. but i think Reliance is just another bad joke!

  8. Really I am fed up with this FRAUD play of RELIANCE company. This is not the first time that the RELIANCE COMPANY showing FRAUD play to my mobile 8088xx8075 . THIS IS THE Ninth (9th) TIME ANIL AMBANI’S REPURTED(?) COMPANY PLAYS THE FRAUD play AND MAKES ME CHEATING.
    I am forcing to complaint to the President of India through my office in this matter and take appropriate actions related with the denial of the primary rights of the citizens of INDIA.

    When I reached in Bangalore from kerala, my balance was Rs 43.29 on 16/2/2012 at 7.28am at WHITEFIELD, BENGALURU.
    Then I called to 906xx2146. After this Balance was 42.29rupees
    On 17/2/2012 at 10.59am my balance was 48.29 ( your company adjusted the amount that is deducted on 13th feb 2012)
    • On 17/2/2012 at 11.33am I have called to 09446xxx538 then balance is 47.29rupees
    (17 11.33a 47.29)
    • 17 feb 2012 (on same day) at 7.15pm I called to (about 9minutes) and reduced 3ruppes from balance. Correct? Then balance was rupees 44.29
    (17 7.15pm 44.29)
    • 17/2/2012 (same day) at 9.39pm again I called to 0944xxx8538 (again call duration about 9minutes). After that call balance was rupees 41.29
    (17 9.39p 41.29)

    On 20/2/2012 at 4.30pm miscall to 0802xx21157
    After this, I have checked the balance in my prepaid account, IT WAS AMAIZING, MY BALANCE IS ONLY Rupees6.29 (RUPEES SIX AND TWENTY NINE PAISE), a shortage of RUPEES 35. That means 35×180=6300seconds=105minutes = 1.75hours. my valuable time to speak to my children. Why should I gave up these precious time by activating any type of useless Value added packages?

    My no. is xx& complaint against reliance gsm. I am very disappointed on reliance co. this is a common problem of every reliance user that whenever i recharge my account balance they deducted all balance from my a/c and when i enquired with customer care they replied me
    that there is no plan activated and no balance was deducted. Now i am unable to access reliance Customer care operator. I just hate reliance co. This is really cheap & disguisting and it must be taken to the consumer court. Now this co. is famous for balance cutting without reason.

    I am very disappointed with the service of Reliance customer care. Since last 2 month I have not been able to reach a agent despite dialing 198, *333 and 18001003333. My complaint was that frequently Relianceis deducting Rs 5 from my account balance. Also, from last few days I was unable to download any song from the internet. I had activated the 1 month internet pack.

  17. I took a SIM and paid 1700RS worked for 8 days and SIM card is blocked after 8 days. Again the agent gave me another SIM card and it is also blocked within 7 days now. I tried to call customer service none of their phone works from BSNL. Sent couple of Emails but never got reply!
    Reliance Customer Care is just a scam because it is impossible to talk to the customer service department when your Reliance SIM is blocked. Now I have two words i.e. don’t trust phone companies nor banks.

    I have a prepaid Reliance CDMA connection..I am not able receive sms and cannot call a particular numer so..I have Complained 5 timessince last 5 days. Without Customer’s request your agent has activated the sms pack 3 times and after some time sms pack is deactivated on my number. 42 rupees deducted from my account. pls take action against your agent and refund my 42 rupees. if you will not refund my balance I will take action in Consumer Court.

  21. My complaint against reliance gsm . Whenever i recharged my account balance they deducted my balance as rs.35rs in 19/11/11 and also 20/11/11 40 rs. and when i asked from customer care they replied me
    that there is no plan activated and no balance was deducted. After strongly arguing with them after that customer care did not attend my phone and the process of deduction still continues. This is really cheap and I might take this to the consumer court. Please refund my amount immediately.

  24. I have a wireless modem. After the activation it worked for a few days. Now it is blocked due to non receipt of valid documents.   26. My data card no.xx is showing connecting problem. Most of the times it does not open any site, even after showing full signals of network & good speed, rather the following message is displayed:
