  1. I have just bought Uptown Medium Tote Creama colour 3 days ago from Dubai branch. Then, I realised that the price even after 5% tax refund at AED 9428.57, it was still much more expensive than Australia price (AUD 3140 including tax) by the difference of AUD 616.40 ( including tax).

    Not only that, when I checked my credit card bill, I was charged AUD 4206.40 !!! I have specifically asked the Dubai Mall YSL branch personnel to choose AED currency when transacting my credit card. In my receipt, it was stated AED 9900, and there was no AUD pricing in the receipt. Based on my bank currency rate of 21/1/2020, it was at 2.51, so this meant, I have been charged AED 10,558.06, and not AED 9900 on the bag price tag.

    I recently purchased Touche Eclat all in one glow foundation. The makeup is in a plastic tube but unfortunately I cannot get the foundation out of the tube the opening just doesn’t press down to operate. Your views would be appreciated.

    You have been my ‘Forever Brand’. My favourite fragrance of all time is Rive Gauche. It is the perfume I wore on my wedding day. For my 40th I was given a set which included lotion, shower gel perfume from friends who knew me well. It is ‘the mummy smell’ that raised my chIn recent times, it has been the ‘go to gift’ for anniversaries and birthdays – you get the point ?lol!

    The problem is that in recent times, yhe lids on both 100ml and 50ml cylinders ridiculously loose lids that makes transporting the product difficult.
    Please can you look at the lids. Such a shame. I am seriously thinking of switching to an alternative fragrance because as a premium product, the lids should stay put and fit the product. Today I finally realised that if it was a cheaper product I would have complained or taken it back but because I have a ‘soft spot’ for the brand and fiercly loyal, I didn’t want to make a fuss. However, when both the lid and the nozzle were lost in the bottom of my hand bag… it was the last straw. ? Please sort this.
