VRL is a leading operator of passenger buses in India. Founded in 1976, VRL is a well known name in the logistics and parcel transportation space. Operating officially as Vijayananda Travels, the company has its headquarters located at Hubi, Karnataka. Currently, it operates a fleet of more than 410 passenger buses connecting major cities across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Maharashtra. Passengers can book a seater, semi sleeper or sleeper bus. There are both AC and non-AC coaches. The fleet includes bus types that include Garuda (Volvo, Corona, Isuzu), Garuda Plus (Volvo, Benz AC Multi Axle), Amaravathi (Volvo, Scania AC Multi Axle), Super Luxury and Ultra Deluxe.
