Very poor quality of VIP Carlton suitcase wheels . They broke well within the warranty period and the sad part is the lack of so called warranty . The Annanagar VIP Lounge at W 115 says they cannot service the 81 cm Calton Bag because they are not getting supply of wheels from their Nasik Office . We gave it a week back on 29th Nov and still they are not able to get after 7 days and told to check up again on Wednesday 8th Dec. If you cant service why do you give a warranty .
I purchased 2 vip bag of 2 wheelers in 2020 but in these 6 months I had 1 travel. But the side stitches of the bag is already loosened and internal cover also loosened.. poor quality of products I can’t recommend to anyone.
I bought a VIP luggage in February 2018 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Presently I am in Singapore and the sliding bar is struck and I am not able to pull out. Can you help me with a service center in Singapore?
I purchased a VIP bag before going to Germany relying blindly on VIP brand but while coming back from Germany the wheel was dislocated and even then I have to slide it all the way to India . Yesterday I went to VIP showroom in Kanpur hoping they will help me with my bag instead manager said that I have to pay because it’s accidental or I could take it to Lucknow. I have never encountered more arrogant manager in my life.
I am losing my trust over this brand.
I have brought two wheeled trolley bag of VIP worth Rs 5085 on tomorrow i.e. 23/08/2016 and only after one journey the rod of sliding mechanism gets bent and now I’m facing much problem bcoz it doesn’t allow full sliding and and the handle of my bag is still extended…
Do something to my bag bcoz I have purchased yesterday and today I’m facing such problems…

I have purchased the VIP bags from Ambala in 2015. During second visit the wheels got damaged while returning from Copenhagen airport to room currently in Copenhagen. I have done phone calls to helpline number and already send mail but no signs for reply.The details of damage and picture has already been send to mail. The product says and have bills of 3 years warranty. DO you have international warranty or it’s just for show up.
I had purchased a VIP strolley skyline in 2012 at nagpur. However now the sliding handle bar is not functioning. Can u pls let me know the address of service centre at nagpur as i have to again travel in 15days.
I bought three VIP Glider DLX suitcases. The side locks gave problem immediately(they become free in no time) and had to be replaced. The new replaced locks were also equally bad. The material used is so soft that it becomes free immediately on use. We have stopped using the side locks completely (and have blocked them so that we don’t use them by mistake) and use only the number lock to retain the cover in place. We have absolutely no use for these suitcases and would like to get our money back or some usable product as an alterenative. I had full faith in Indian/indigenous technology but with the purchase of VIP suitcases, I have lost faith and have switched over to American Tourister & Samsonoite for suitcases that we actually use for travel and have been trying get rid of the VIP suitcase at throw away price, but find no takers at all. I hope VIP can fix the issue & save at least the future customers from similar ordeal. Any relief VIP gives us would be appreciated.
Rubbish bags. I purchased a sky bag 6 months ago. In these 6 months I had 1 foreign travel. But the side stitches of the bag is already loosened.
Yesterday at VIP Lounge, Mani Square, Kolkata, I chose a VIP luggage named Aerlite Strolly Exp 380..68. The price tag attached to the item marked MRP Rs.8100/- inclusive of all taxes. But, I was billed Rs.8430.00. When questioned, the stuff told me that the price tag was mistakenly not changed, but the new enhanced price stands. The cost difference was not much, and I was in no mood to have a showdown with your staff. So I bought the item anyway. But irritant it was all the same

The central Lock of my VIP Glider Dlx Trolley bag is damaged. I want to get it repaired and I tried many VIP Showrooms but they have refused to repair to denier the availability of this spare part.
Can you please send me a Central Lock of this suitcase or to any of the nearest showroom. I will pay for it.

I purchased a VIP bag last year 2013. The bag looked very solid and reliable. After one year the handle sliding mechanism broke so the bag was useless . I do not live in India but I travel there for work every, now and then. I am located in Europe. Since I still have the invoice and all their “3 years international warranty papers” I contacted their supplier in the UK but I got the mail rejected. Then I wrote to their email in India. I took me 3 mails and a phone call to India to get a reply. They shipped me a replacement handle that did not match the original so after spending 2 afternoons trying to fix the bag I wrote them back and they never answered again. The bag is in the trash bin now. I have no time to do their job (that is, fix the bag) and they never offer a replacement bag (I sent them many pictures showing the broken bag).
VIP bags have the worst International warranty I have ever experienced. Not to mentioned their quality. The bag lasted 1 year (that is 4 trips) before it broke.
If you can buy another brand, do not hesitate. Do not buy VIP bags. All their warranty policies are just bubbles. It is worth to spend some more ruppes and buy Desley or Samsonite, even Targus.
