Terrible company, customer service is awful, ordered a birthday gift for my granddaughter, box was crushed and had been forced into a bag to fit. Tried to speak to customer services and after a few minutes was put on hold a then cut off!!!

Very customer service is awful. Ordered children’s toys for my daughters birthday, received the wrong items …but because it had my name and address on they told me i wasn’t allowed a refund, so now i am having to pay for items i did not want and will not receive.

An order hasn’t arrived and they also claim they havnt received a return I sent. Talking with them over the phone is painful and nothing gets done. Will have to sort this through my bank now but would like proof of written contact.
The customer service from Very is non-existent, I have tried phoning only to hold on for over 10 minutes and then get cut off. I have written and sent a letter by post to no avail. Can anyone tell me how to speak to some-one who can actually help and is not automated? Perhaps I need to write direct to the CEO Henry Birch or perhaps direct to the Barclay Brothers to achieve resolution.
Despite several attempts to speak to an advisor the phone cut after 10 minutes holding. I have tried to email unsuccessfully.
I have filed to return a rug twice and they tell me somebody is coming to collect and then never turn up. How am I supposed to get this rug back if nobody will collect it on the day they say they will?
Arranging a return is a nightmare. Why don’t they enclose a return label in the parcel. Iv’e tried to print a label with no joy. It takes me to the Post Office site and wants payment for the postage?
