I noticed my megaboom speaker battery runs even when the speaker is off. After I have charged the speaker fully, the next time I turn it on to use – after some days, the battery will have run down.
Why is this so? I bought my speakers In June 2018.
I love my UE Roll. However, I have always thought the charger had to be rather forced into its socket at the roll end, because the plastic that holds the connector is quite chunky. Finally, it has proved me right and my charger has lost its end – it fell apart when I tried to charge recently. Can I return it to you for a new one please?

I have a MegaBlast speaker that is less than three months old. It will not power on and the charging light on the bottom is constantly on. I tried to use the diagnostic tool but the it would not recognize the device. Device serial number is 1733lZ0750Y8
Great speakers worthless app party up is a joke won’t find my speakers and when it does they won’t connect when they do work in stereo they are awesome to bad they can’t even find each other anymore.
I’m really wishing I would have went with the new JBLs right now.
Charged our UE boom over night. When my husband picked it up the next morning it was burning hot and he had to throw it to the ground. The cable had fully melted and the metal part is melted into the ue boom. It was moments away from catching on fire! If this was left on charge when he left the house it would’ve burnt the house down. Or worse if it caught on fire that night it could’ve killed someone. I have emailed support 3 times and heard nothing back. I’m appalled. (Everything was dry and genuine product)
Hi, I have the blast. It just stopped working and it will not charge. The charging light comes on, briefly, when the speaker is off the charger. It flashes when the speaker is on the charger but goes out. I can’t use the app because I can’t get the speaker to come on or charge. What do I need to do for a replacement?
