I Virendra Bahadur Singh ( Trident Privilege 156502 ) is staying in trident Mumbai in room no. 2005 . Checked in on 11/02/2019 and will be checking out tomorrow morning at 5 AM. I went to take dinner in frangipani restaurant today at 9 PM . I asked for soup to some attendant and was told tell to some other person in other side. I asked for roti and for water the same was not served for more than 20 minutes I could take hardly some snacks . The food available in bufe for vegetable was virtually not eatable. Aggrieved by the behaviour of the staff I left the restaurant and going to sleep without taking proper food. I will never recommend any person to stay in this hotel . I will also ask Life Insurance Corporation of India not to book any room for me in this hotel .
