I have purchased for quite some time from this site and typically have experienced a fast delivery. My last order was placed on February 25, 2023 and as of today, March 15, 2023 no order received. I’ve sent many email to ThreadUp asking for a status update as the order I placed has been in Champaign IL since March 2nd… As of March 15, 2023, I have not heard from Customer Support, have no order and seems like my next step is to dispute the order with my Credit Card company.
I had no idea it would take so long to process my clean out bag, and every month, the time goes to another month out. I get it that it’s a pandemic, by now, you should have a better handle on processing dates. As it is, I’ll be posting future items on other sites. I saved my best items for later, as the first bag I sent was a test. You are failures miserably. I have bought a lot here. I’m very disappointed.
