    I have over $600 in Place Cash to spend by 12am. I placed my first order without incident. On my second order so keep getting a wrong zip code error. Now I can not place any additional orders and I will lose all of my money. I want a refund. Your website is horrible and customer service is even worse.

    I am beyond irritated with Children’s Place, I placed an online order over a week ago and have heard nothing back. When i check it simply says “processing”. I have spent over an hour on the phone on 2 occasions and eventually hung up and sent an email and nothing, i will not shop at this place on online again

  3. I have called multiple times and emailed. I can never reach anyone. Just stay on hold forever. No response with email I send weeks ago. I never received my order but I was charged. I tracked my shipment and it was said the shipment was voided because the carrier was never given the package. So my order never left the children’s place facility and I was robbed.   4. Horrible customer service. you can not reach a real person. The number they give you to call says, they have high call volume please try again later, i found another number which tells you wait time is 30 minutes, i held on for an hour in which my phone battery went dead. I have made many many attempts to contact them.I placed order August 7 and never was sent a tracking number, they took my money though. This is my first and last time shopping with them. The children”s place should not be doing business on line as they are not able to handle customer flow. This is my first and last time doing business with them!

  5. I had a horrible experience today trying to order uniforms for my 5 children. Even though I spent well over 500.00$ no one was even remotely interested in helping me resolve the issue. When I asked for coupons for my troubles, I was told no! The only reason my order got cancelled was the Children’s place deemed it unreasonable for us to have it shipped to our new address if the billing address wasn’t the same. I reluctantly re ordered the uniforms because they are cheaper here than anywhere else I have seen online. However, in the future I will take my business elsewhere. Every person I talked to on the phone did not seem to care a bit except for one. Your company is going to suffer in the end for poor customer service.

    As I was leaving the Country (USA) for next 5 yrs, I called and made all the required payments and told them to close my credit card in the first week of June 2017. Unfortunately even after making all the payments of about 300 Dollars made in last few months some $3 and few remained pending to be paid in my account. And so to my ignorance my Childrens place credit card was not closed. (As i had just got my place credit card in April, I still didn’t have my physical card yet). I left the country on June 9th 2017. Fast Fwd few months and in March 2018, when my friends brings me all the mail to the country where i stay now, I see a children’s place bill of $211, shocking and surprised I call them and they connect me with the bank and they ask me to make settlement payment of $70 dollars instead, so i immediately make it and tell them to close my credit card as I no longer want it. This last conversation happened on March 12th. They tell me i will receive the notification and it will take atleast 10 -15 days to close the bank account and for me to get the confirmation And so I believed them. Fast forward almost a year later, when I get new sets of mails from my friend I see to more charges from Children’s Place 1) jUne 23rd with a new balance of $31 which states $14.50 is the fees charged on $17 previous payment. 2) 1st jan that my debt of $182 dollars is moved to payment collector.

    Where did i go wrong, after paying once and for all settlement fees of $70.
    this is the first time ever i have confronted such issue which is spoiling my credit score.

    Please customers
    1) Don’t get lure by Children’s place cashiers and employees in getting a credit card done for the just getting a discount of 15% extra
    2) Their bank which handles the retail chain’s finances sucks… is just a trap

    Good After Noon,
    My name is Megan and I hope this get to a higher up personal. I recently purchased items online with a gift card that i had bought. when i ordered my items only half of the items got delivered and the other half which was 2 pairs of boots did not. Customer Service stated it was because they were out of stock and the money was suppose to go back on the card BUT Did Not. It has been a month and I have spoken to customer service 4 Times. the last time I called a gentlemen told me i had to go into the store. I did that as well and the manager at the store told me she could not do anything with online sales. I am a single mom of 3 that does not have a lot of money so these boots were really important due to being a christmas gift for my daughter. Now i am out money and nobody seems to care at customer service.

    Hi I placed an online order on 11/30/18. I still have only rec’d part of my order. I am still waiting for the rest of my order,I put in the tracking information into USPS and there is no information saying the post office ever rec’d my merchandise. I need this order by Christmas I cannot get through on the customer service line and I’ve been calling for 3 days! This is terrible…

    Everytime I try to log into my account on your website it never works. I have to change my password everytime. Well I just changed my password and it said my password was changed….I tried to log into my account and I couldn’t. This is so frustrating. Can you please help me log into my account?
