I went into Ealing Broadway branch the other day, very disappointed in the make up products on offer. Very minute and all in tubes which seems to be the new trend. As an older lady (who’s always bought from body shop) I do not like that kind of face make up. You used to have a lovely bronzer in different shades that was like a loose powder. Also the little balls of different colours. For the first time ever I came out of shop with nothing and went somewhere else to buy my face makeup, very disappointing. You don’t just have one age customer you know. Please give people a choice.

I’m writing this to complain about the appalling service my daughter received today in your Bunbury forum store .She was shopping for a birthday present for her sister in law whose request was something in mango fragrance so body shop was the obvious choice.Your to assistants joined heads and said in loud enough voice for her to hear “watch her”.This is completely unacceptable and I’m bitterly disappointed she was treated in this manner.If your business is thriving and you can afford this kind of treatment towards your customers well good on you.
