Tennis tv quite obviously makes it as difficult as possible to cancel a subscription. I have been unable to do so hence my subscription has auto renewed which annoys me greatly. I had ongoing problems with screening matches so gave up and went to alternative source. What do I need to do to ensure I don’t pay for another year’s subscription? Your service is very poor.
I have a subscription until April 2022 but I am unable to log in to my account since TennisTV migrated to new platform in Jan. I logged case on first week of Jan but TennisTV is still unable to get access to me. I have sent numerous emails with no response too. Truly disappointed with the service and I am going to un-subscribe.
I had a subscription to tennis tv last year and had many difficulties receiving the streaming. After many problems the tennis tv people said they would give me an extra month to make up for the time I lost. Now I find out that they didnt honor that promise and I was required to resign to be able to watch as of today! To make matters worse I have an LG tv so it wont let me stream!!!
