I really appreciate your applications. I have been using tencent app since 2014. I used both QQ International and QQ Chinese version. But QQ International is not really good, it does not have same features as QQ Chinese. I think it is better to have a language change option in QQ Chinese version, rather than QQ International.
QQ International always hangs up and always slow, and also not user friendly. The options are pretty less in comparison to Chinese version. So, hereby, it is requested to create an option for language change to “English” as well.

I just installed QQ International and while becoming familiar with the app I got Blocked with a minor Security violation. I have sent the SMS Message to un block but received no response. Is there another option?

I have international version of QQ in my computer and don’t have any problems using it. But when I want to download the QQ international version onto my Android, I get everything in Chinese. Now, where I log in to my account in my computer, I put in a username and not my phone number. Please tell me how I can download the English version of QQ into my Android. Thank you, David.

Hi, I have been playing the Chinese game called King’s Glory and 2 weeks ago, the game logged me out and asking me to do a real-name authentication by providing my ID card number and real name but since I am not Chinese, I had some problems. I was able to contact one of the Tencent game staff through a mini-program and I sent all the information needed. I just need to wait 5 to 10 days and I will be able to login to my account again.

what’s really wrong with QQ, you dont want international countries to use your services? because it’s so weird how you are handling the international activities.
I too have been using QQ International for many years. It seems that all the features that I have been using for years are not working now. I used translation for many years but it does not work now. I used to send images to my friends and now it does not work, just says “Sending image(s)offline failed. Send again but still does not work. Just recently my alerts have stopped working. I have tried everything that I know to fix the problems with no success. I hate to have to abandon QQ after all these years.

When is QQ going to answer my request for support? I have been trying to contact support from Tencent for weeks and I get no response.
1. I use QQ International, I am an English speaker, living in China.
2. When I boot up QQ email I get a message saying “Too slow to sign in……” which is rubbish as I access websites all over the world with no problems.
3. QQ International sends me a message saying it can’t sign in.
4. I cannot compose, nor reply to emails.
QQ, or Tencent, or whoever the fuck you are, please respond and fix, in English! You call yourselves QQ International so surely you have the ability to respond in English. Respond to me via qq email, you have the number.
QQ customer service is absolute rubbish! For months now I have had no translation. Now I can’t even reply to or send emails. I have tried to contact qq customer service but they are absolute rubbish and do not respond. China, if you want to be world leaders, you have to learn about customer service. Westerners demand the best service and don’t compromise on that!
I Have a QQ ID many years ago, I never forget my ID, somehow since I go abroad for school did not use for many years, later I try to use it, my account locked by Tencent, need 3 friends to verify, the QQ I have around year 2000, the friend I only know is DDU123 and ??? do not know what is their real contact. my id is 19727314.

I have had an account for many years with QQ International and over the last few months have been unable to use the translation service. I have uninstalled the site many times and then reinstalled hoping this would correct the situation but nothing happens.
I have written a number of times and still have not received an answer.
