I am facing a very serious issue on online shopping with Tata CLiq,the customer care is not helpful in resolving the issue, ma account is debited for the order I have placed but product was sent on cod, on query with customer care they confirmed on raising the issue with finance team and get the refund. It’s been 15 days now and I have not received any update , I have been following up evry alternative day and hear one sentence evry time. Our finance team is working. I am still not sure what exactly the team is working on. I have provided all the details bank statement but still have not received any update. After escalating to the floor manager I still don’t have an eta and was insisted to wait fr another 3 days for update.. when can I expect the resolution?

Most Horrible site to shop on mobiles and electronics. I had ordered a Mobile Coll pad Cool 1 on 17-4-17. The delivery was prompt and happened on 19-4-17. But the product sent was defective and I had to raise a return request which has not happened till today. Every time I call their customer support they are asking for another 48 hours. I have made the payment 16499/- by my AXIS Bank Credit Card and it is already debited from my account and I have Converted this amount in EMI for 12 month and my EMI Amount is 1600/- for the AXIS Bank has Charge me Processing fee of Rs 600/- hance now I have to pay 3600/- Extra to Bank who will be responsible for that?
I am very much dissatisfied and terribly irritated by the service TATA cliq is providing. There is no doubt why TATA CliQ has failed to imprint its marks on E-Commerce market. I made a big mistake by ordering on TATA cliQ though my friends warned me that the service would be horrible.
I have called so many times and not even once the team has called me to update on this issue. That shows that you are least bothered about the customers what so ever the situation is. Pathetic customer service. No customer with this kind of experience would return to TATA CLiQ again.

Order No 101075657. Most pathetic Company. Never recommend this to anyone. Placed the order on 22nd Sep as Express Shipping – Delivery in 2 days. Its been 10 days already. First the customer service guys say its a technical glitch so the order has not moved forward. They re-submit on 29th and commit for 48 hrs. Nothing happens. Multiple follow ups yeilded no result. Even escalation did not help. Got 1000 different type of excuses from them. Still not resolved. Just a suggestion – never purchase from Tata Cliq.. They are cheats.

Generally I buy from Amazon.
Google search showed me a new name, TATACLiQ and the offered price was lower than the one on amazon sale. Your offer was Rs. 25125 and Amazon was Rs. 26700
I saw the name TATA and trusted the site. and made the paymemt and bought the product. Now snce I am waiting for the product, I got a message from tata that my order has been cancelled. Cancellation request date 10/10/2017.
I was shocked and called your customer care, the executive talked in very crude language.
And said if you want this product, you can buy again but at a higher price of 29700 (approx.)
Your senior executicve when sought, also offered me discount coupon of Rs. 1000, then Rs. 1500, which I felt was like a cheap bargain hurting the buyer’s dignity.
If TataCliq is a customer oriented company, and cares for a customer who, on first instance can pay 25000 advance for an item, I request TataCliq to honour its commitment and deliver the item at the offered and agreed price.
I really did never expect this kind of humiliation from a Tata Enterprise.

I had purchased a IFB Microwave wide order no 101172444 on 10th oct 2017, the order was not accepted by us on delivery. Actually this was the cancellation procedure as the product had already been shipped within an hour of order.
Till today i.e 26.10.17 the refund has not been credited in my account.

Poor and bad return request policy. I have called twice or thrice for a return. No initiation from their side. i have to call them to initiate the return. and every time they are having their processing problem. Its been 3 weeks after the request, still i haven’t received my money.
I had brought phone through Tata Cliq online portal.On receiving the order,I had switched on the phone and it got switched off twice.Immediately raised return request.Customer care executive called and inquired about the exact return reason and later they told me that I need to visit store for further troubleshoot and fill a job sheet on store approval and then only pick up will be arranged.
I also received a mail once return request created, detailed the procedure for return.No where it mentioned for any job sheet.
My direct question with Tata Cliq:
1.Did I buy the phone from the store?
2.Why troubleshooting on new product and why customer will accept such product?What if the people at service center refuse to give correct report or the phone works in front of them and later again it develops some issue after seven days?
3.Checked return policy on the Tata Cliq website. It does not provide any mention of going to a store and filling in job sheet.All it provides is a limitation period of 7 days.Why have you not clearly mentioned about this policy of yours in the Return Page? What is the need to hide this if they have any such policy?
4.The whole idea of purchasing a product online gets lost if I have to go to a physical store for filling some job sheet.Why will I buy a product online if I have to visit a store?
5.Why should I be responsible for getting job sheet filled up? It is your responsibility to check it up?
I always hoped that TATA Brand stood for integrity and honesty but they are cheating people.Please don’t ever buy any thing from tata cliq app or web site or any other way.Check all web site/ app of tata cliq you don’t find any product review/ user review option, because they know well the people will bang them in reviews.
My experience with order 103146410 (Panasonic TV) has been horrible, pathetic. Seeing an offer and slightly less than Amazon, I went ahead and placed the order. The order was dispatched using GATI logistics, while assured delivery date is 19th october, till date (25th october) no signs of package being traced or delivered. GATI tracking says it is happily lying in the Bangalore warehouse. I have never seen any other pathetic logistics other than GATI. They should rename them as “DURGATI”. No one to care, no one to tell what is happening, I am deeply frustrated. Today they are offering to cancel the order. Sincerely suggest dont buy anything from TATACLIQ
I have purchased 2 TV sets from Tata Cliq and wanted to opt the option for No Cost EMI benefit for 12 Months. While purchasing i have selected the option for No Cost EMI and received confirmation call as well from your customer service department that it has been successfully applied on my purchase. They have asked me to check with my bank as well and my bank didn’t confirmed to received such request.
Now your representative saying that it is not applied since i haven’t selected the EMI option which is not correct. They did the same thing with me in my first purchase of 55 inch LED TV and on that time i was not having proof of the same but this time i have all the proofs. Customer Service team just making excuse / finding a way out since it is possibility that they didn’t confirmed the payment into EMI with banker or they do with every customer & not wanted to give such benefits to customers.
Horrible customer service and this I can say being an employee in TATA group myself. I can now relate to the comments posted by some of the fellow folks.
Here is what happened:
Order #106310317 was placed.
Checked back. Found address to be randomly taken by the app and not sure from where phone# was taken. Not mine.
Address and all details were corrected. CS confirmed
Checked back. Delivery attempt not successful was the status.
Promised action the same day by the end of day. Nothing happened.
Checked back again. This kept happening for 4 times.
Lastly, I asked for supervisor. Some Rahman claimed to be supervisor and asked to place order again. They also lied stating delivery was tried at the door step and there was no one to collect. When asked evidences, they had none. No control over their logistic partner. At one time they told, our logistics team don’t check updated address.
Here is what I would ask:
1. Why take customer thru iterations when you can simply ask them to cancel and place order again first time
2. Why state contradictory facts?
3. Believe a customer when they state their plight and do something rather than saying you will personally oversee next order (as if there are no other places to take the same stuff)
4. Why not ask your partners whom you are paying for details and instruct them to actually go deliver a product. Customers exists outside of metro cities as well.
Anyway, no one will probably listen here. I could totally relate to the other experiences posted by others.
Pathetic service from tata cliq will never buy any product from tata cliq ever and will advice other also no body pics your call and their logistic service is so poor. Ordered two ac from tata cliq and even they don’t know where their ac is. Tata cliq not able to trace it earlier it showed estimated date as 31 may and after payment it changed it to 2 june and now it is untraceable. No body responds. Next time will never buy anything from tata cliq. If it can not deliver its own tata voltas ac on time what would any one can expect from it that it will deliver other products on time
Never place order in TataCLiQ. My order for ac is delayed beyond limit.Courier Delhivery is shameless.The product is already reached Ahmedabad on 27 May this is as per their record. What is problem with them in delivering.Suspect some foul play between TataCLiQ and courier Delhivery. Pray to God what will happen after delivery. Save us from TataCLiQ

I booked a mobile ‘Redmi Note 8’ from Tata Cliq mobile app on 23/05/2020. After filling all the required details, I selected Tata Cliq wallet as payment option. Waiting for some time on that payment page, the window automatically expired and the payment was failed (screenshot attached). But the amount of 14,449 INR got deducted from my wallet.
I followed up multiple times with the customer care executives on customer care number but the response was unsatisfactory. Now, it’s been 12 days that I haven’t received my money back.
Please consider this request as urgent since it’s a very big amount and almost a fortnight has passed and I still don’t have my money back. Please reply.

I have baught laptop through order # 108101818 on date 07 June 2020. Got very late delivery on 21 June 2020. Discovered that laptop camera and audio quality is very very poor. Hence raised return request on the same day 21 June 2020. Very pathetic to tell that my 27540/- stuck with Tata Cliq as they have not completed my return request. You guys are absolutely unprofessional and not sharing any contact details with the customer. You guys are always played in your website as well when display any item mentioning 2019/2020 manufacturer but after I mentioned in my order that the manufacturing year should be 2020 instead of that you have delivered the 2 years old item. Packing was totally spoiled, goods is damaged with dent in the front of the refrigerator. Blue Dart courier offload the goods like a cement bag/concrete piece. No pallet trolley, not willing to offload the goods even ground floor. The refrigerator is damaged very badly while offload and delivered.
No where thy are giving their contact details to contact them and informed them about the problem. Just I trust be seeing the Indian business tycoon name Tata otherwise I could have been taken it from Amazon.

I have order the product i.e Haier Refrigerator on 5 July 2020 of order id – 108465867.
First delivery was attempted on 7 July 2020, however due to unavoidable circumstances i was unable to receive the product.
Now its almost 9 days, there is no update in delivery. Today, i got a call from customer service that your order has been cancelled.
This is shocking on my part and disgusting at your end, because all of a sudden when I am expecting the delivery I got a call of cancellation.
The thing is I don’t want the cancellation, instead I want the delivery because after waiting for so long I will not accept any cancellation . Also from now onwards I will not order any product from Tata Cliq as you betrayed the trust of valuable customer.

I have ordered a Philip’s MG3730/15-8 HAIR GROOMER for abt Rs 3000/_I have received on 26th june in tampered condition. I contacted customer care about 20 phone calls, about 10 emails and many whatsapp messages some times calls were answered on 5th july I received a mail to post images of tampered consignment.Lateron I have received the images can not be opened again present. This message is written with utmost concern as I being a frequent customer of Tatacliq had a bad experience while shopping with your company for the below shown product. Firstly the product received was damaged and secondly the cumbersome return policy for the same. Even then, I ordered the same product on the same day of delivery of the damaged product upon trust.But till now no return and refund process has been initiated instead I am daily receiving calls questioning whether the damage is self induced. This indeed is insulting. Please make sure the refund and return is processed at the earliest.
I have ordered SONY TV on Aug 7th which got delivered on Aug 13th. But since then its been places packed at my home as no installation team came for the installation. As I asked the team if I can get it installed by raising the request via SONY customer care team, they said yes but in that case if any product /accessory found missing in the pack ,then it wont be returned. So, since Aug 13th I have been waiting for the installation team from the TATACLIQ to drop by.

Facing a pathetic delivery experience with TATA CLIQ. I have ordered an AC on 7th Aug 2020, which was supposed to be delivered on 18th Aug. But today it is 24th Aug and yet it is not delivered. Moreover they are giving me calls for the last five days that it will be delivered on next day. But this NEXT DAY never arrives. Did not expected such a bad customer service from Tata Cliq. Though I have registered a complaint with the customer care, but they do not bother to take any action. After paying the full amount in advance, I have to suffer like this. The email IDs provided in the net are also fake and inactive. Where can I complain the matter? Who will resolve my problem? Now they have stopped calling also. What a mess I am in….
Very very bad service. Pathetic delivery and customer care services. I ordered a shoe on 15 July and the estimated delivery was on Aug 1st. The order seemed to be stuck in Bangalore and wasn’t delivered on time. I called their customer care and they assured me delivery on or before 6th August, but I didn’t receive the order. Then when I tried to call customer care I couldn’t get them so I wrote a complaint to them via their app.They did not take any action. I again tried to call their customer care and after several attempts I got to speak with them and they assured to keep me updated. They didn’t. I tried to contact them again but whenever I called them customer service was ‘busy’. Then today (25 August) I got a message saying the refund process has been initiated. Who asked them to cancel and refund the order after keeping me wait for so long? I waited for almost 40 days for an order and now they’re refunding it. I wanted the order to be delivered as soon as possible because I bought it for a reason! Pathetic service. Wouldn’t recommend this app to anybody! They wouldn’t even care to update their customers. This is a very unprofessional approach and I regret ordering an item with Tata cliq.

I had bought ARU AWP-803 8000 MAH Wireless Power Bank; Order placed on : 27 Aug 2020; Order ID : 109302189 which was received on 29th Aug 2020.
As soon as we received the product we found that this power bank is not even able to charge 1 mobile 1 time & it can charge only 3-4% in one hour thus I had raised a return request on 30th Aug 2020. On the same day I got a call from their support team that I need to have a job sheet from ARU stating product is defective than only they can process the return for this product followed by an email from their side.
Next day I searched complete media & found that there is no service centre for ARU. After this on 31st Aug, & 1st Sept I almost called tata cliq 10-12 times & kept on waiting for about 10-15 min on every call but no one responded. Finally on 2nd sept morning I was lucky to get connected to their customer care after 8 min waiting time. I had explained my issue to the corresponding service executive & she promised that within 24hrs someone will call me to let me know where the service centre is located.
But I didn’t know that this pathetic company would never call me up again. After waiting I called them again on 3rd Sept & after 12 min waiting time I got connected to Mr. Imran who said that there is no service centre for ARU & you can call them online to ask for job sheet & gave me two customer care phone no.’s that dont exist.
They themselves do not know the service centre address or customer care contact still they are forcing me to get a job sheet for this return.
I purchase almost 90% things online from Amazon, flipkart etc. but did not find these kind of frustrating & customer harassment policies anywhere.

Never ever buy anything from this website, i ordered a nokia fone from this website, under the exchange offer, however when i received the product , no exchange happened, waited for a few days, still no communication from the company. in the meantime, i realised that the fone is incredibly slow, and basic features such as fingerprint reader, face unlock dont work properly, When i finally tried contacting the website people after raising return request, they say that i will have to visit service center to get job sheet of the fone only then can they accept it. In such times the whole point of ordering stuff online is to avoid human contact and this hassle. But the customer service People are not helpful and keep referring to their silly policies.

I had the bitter experience by ordering online shopping in TATA CLIQ.Having the patriotic reason in supporting Indian products,it made me disappointing as the date of delivery was postponed twice & beyond the second date,I tried to inform over customer care number.The calls are not being attended by the care staff.No communication alerts regarding goods delivery through SMS/ E mail/ any such … very bad experience.The important point is that there is no option for cash on delivery,everything is prepaid .Hence no response from the company.The company should resolve the issue to avoid further consequences. I ordered Boat Stone 1401 29Jan21 with order I’d no-111470789 when I opened it, it was not playing at all. I requested a refund request against this product on 31stJan21 or 1feb21 by Satya(Tata Cliq Logistic) & they promised me for refund or replace a new product. So, I want my refund or replacement. I have all the recordings of conversation with logistic ,& Customer support. I purchased product because Tata Cliq had 7days return policy on this product. Now, I won’t collect damage product. I never expected this type of service’s from your company. Please proceed it with refund as soon as possible.

This is highly disappointing and degrading of Tata Cliq as a brand, an utter fail at customer service.
I have made over 3-4 reminder mails on my order discrepancy with no reply.

I have received the product Globus Naturals Glycolic & Salicylic Acid Pimple Clear Face Wash – 100 ml, on 23 July, from delivery person Sohel (Express bees).
But on opening of the box, i discovered that only the Face wash was present and the Face gel was missing.
Having received the successful delivery message for both the products in the order, when only one product is delivered in the box.

This is in regards to a Amazefit smartwatch i ordered couple of weeks ago. This was first time I ordered something of high value from tata cliq and since i was skeptical before ordering i contacted customer service to confirm if the selected items were eligible for returns. On receiving confirmation that the selected items were eligible for EASY return i ordered the product. I received the products on time and also started using 1 of 2 products ordered, however i had to return the other product which is an Amazefit watch. After multiple communication with TC representative i an writing to share the concern. The series of events is as follows.
1. I confirm with TC representative over a call that product is returnable, after receiving confirmation i order the product. Call recording attached.
2. I raise a return request and TC representative deny return saying there is no return policy and only damaged product would be returned for which i would need a job sheet from brand. I was never told about this condition else I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place.
3. TC representative Priya asked me to share the recording over WhatsApp since it was a miscommunication on TC behalf, i shared the recording but there was no response
4.Ticket is closed without any resolution
My wife ordered a Kurti ( Order No 115124538) . As the product was found of sub standard quality, the same was retuned to Tata cliq on September 30,2021.But despite repeated follow up with Tata Cliq customer care team, the refund amount has not been paid even after elapse of 12 days. The customer care team seems to be very indifferent to resolve the issue.
