  1. Love the size of the room and the way the restroom area is set up. The fact it has a full size refrigerator, a toaster, coffee maker, and microwave in the room is convenient. But there are several things that could be prevented like ROACHES and the broken coffee maker. There is prices posted on the inside of my room that says one adult is $149.00 plus tax and for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th adult $159.00. I went to the front office to enquire about renting a week and the man at the desk said it’s $300.00 a week after taxes. As I tell him about the sign in my room, he goes to the back and talk to someone and then comes back only 5o tell me that it would be $399.99 for a week.. The 2nd night we had NO hot water and when i called the front desk he told me that they were work on it and would have hot water within 30 min.. I waited and waited and finally called the front desk AGAIN only to be told that we would not have hot water til the next morning. I ask him if they had a pot that I could use to heat water so I could take a bath he then got short with me and just kept saying they will come fix the water in the morning. ..
So not only do I have roaches in my room I have a broken coffee maker no hot water and a very rude customer service guy that works at the front desk. I completely understand that things break because they get used a lot like the hot water issue but his job is to make his customers happy and he was not even attempting that whatsoever.

I booked 4 days at the studio 6 in Tulsa, Ok while waiting for my apartment to be ready. I was bitten on the face, arms, and legs by bedbugs which I’ve never seen before in life. Management refused a refund and gave me their last available room. As soon as I get in the door I see roaches running across the floor in two rooms. They then said that they would give me 2 days back. I was livid. They then said that I could wash my clothes for free 4 hours later or take $20 which wouldn’t even wash half of my belongings. Cover detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, etc. I expressed dismay because I didn’t bring and didnt want to take bed bugs or roaches to my new place. It fell on deaf ears. Im now nursing my bites , picked up a laundry bill, and I had to shell out $160 for the other two days that I couldn’t stay in that cess pool. I am so disappointed in this establishment. Customers deserve better ! Worst ever experience in my life.

I had a BIG Problem when I checked in today that involved being over charged for my two small sized dogs. I read the policy that said a $10 per day fee applies. But, mwhen I checked in on a busy Holiday weekend in which I made the reservations 5 days before my arrival day, I was told the fee was $20 per day. That exception to the fee was not stated on the website. So, after driving over 600 miles this was an unacceptable surprise. After arguing with the clerk hw reduced to $10 per day I said that would contact my Lawyer. I feel that this was a scam for the Holiday. I will follow up with the company and file with the consumer protection bureau. What a shame.

I have been using motel 6and studio 6 for a long time and I have never in all my experiences had such an experience as i have with studio6 on airport commerce dr. Austin Tx. At first the staff was very nice but they kept insisting that they service my room everyday. Because i have a service animal. My service dog is not messy or dirty and not aggressive. The management said my dog ripped up their towels.my dog doesn’t even play that way. My son had used some rags from the back of my truck to clean his shoes and these people assumed it was their towels so the management put us on a DNR list. What kind of crap is that. I am very disappointed and I will never stay at a motel or studio 6 again. I paid good money to stay with this motel and this is the treatment we get. I dont recommend anyone stay with this studio6…..
