Those with an existing ticket can modify or cancel their reservation by signing into their account. If you lost your ticket, you can check your email inbox for a copy sent during booking. As for cancellation, there will be no refund if cancelled within 4 hours of departure time. If cancelled between 4-12 hours before departure time, you will quality for a 50% refund. And if cancelled between 12 hours to 24 hours, you will get a refund of 80%. If a bus is missed due to SRS Travels, full refund will be given to customers.
