About Rapid Rewards
Rapid Rewards is a frequent flier program of Southwest Airlines. Members of the Southwest Rapid Rewards can earn points for every dollar spent. Points can be earned from flights and partners, including hotels and car rentals. Further, points can be earned at thousands of participating restaurants and everyday purchases from retail partners. Participating hotels include Best Western, Choice Hotels International, Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, LaQuinta and Wyndham. Note that point purchases must be paid for with a credit card. Members can request past flight points for up to 12 months after flight.
Points can be redeemed on most major airlines, over 70,000 hotels worldwide, renting cars, purchasing gift cards and more. Rapid Rewards’ tiers include A-List, A-List Preferred, and Companion Pass. While A-List members can enjoy priority boarding, priority check-in and dedicated member phone line, A-List Preferred members can get access to free inflight WiFi and 100% more points on each flight. Those having Companion Pass status can have a friend or spouse travel for free.

Have not received drink coupons in a very long time. I know that I have accrued plenty of points via flights and RR Visa credit card. Has the complimentary drink ticket program been eliminated? I have not been notified if that is the case.
I received four complimentary Drink coupons in the mail 3/23/18 which is great if you drink. For those of us who do not drink for whatever reasons I feel we are being left out on complimentary coupons. I am a loyal Southwest RR customer and Chase cardholder. What do you plan on doing for those of us who do not drink alcoholic beverages!! Don’t get me wrong it’s a great offer but that day has passed me up.

I called in and asked about the drink tickets that we received each year with the credit card renewal. We have not received them both myself and husband are members. When I called the representative did not know why. Actually she said, ” good question I didn’t get mine either. After checking with 2 different supervisors here are the 2 different answers. 1) you only get them after 10 flights. Not true for the past years?? 2) It was discontinued a year ago not sure why or who discontinued it. Contact customer relations and find out. Please respond asap- this is poor customer service.

I called on 9/24/2016 with the intention of purchasing RR points to keep my account active. I was told by customer service rep that it was to late and they expired on 9/22/2016.
I am disappointed that I could not be able to activate my account and keep my points. I will look to other airlines for my families travel needs going further.
