I traced my international parcels on Track 24 to Jhb OT customs to Jhb international postal services. Some of them has been “in transit” for quite a while…..it goes back as far as 71 days?. Some have been dispatced to Tswane postal depot early Nov 2021 but unfortunately i cannot trace any parcels from Tswane depot. Must say the 2x customer sevices did answer the phone early in Nov 2021 the 2 guys could help me with my still outstanding international parcels. ????????. Is it Covid or Christmas season or shortages on staff or just pathetic services rendered. Just plz answer that phone… Annoying listening to “all our agents are still busy” 65min later yesterday until my airtime ran out.
I am at the Hillcrest Post Office in Pinetown KZN today to collect unclaimed R350 grant from the previous cycle. Last week Tuesday I was here and we were sent home because money was said to be finished. Again today at this hour they are saying that money is finished and they will only assist the recipients who they have taken IDs off. We have been here from 4am, I am only left with the 23rd to try and collect this money. I don’t have money to even go home today. We saw the G4S money truck come in this money, how come there is no money??
The worst of the worst when it comes to customer care! It is non-existent. No reply to emails and no one is answering any phones. No wonder SAPO is not making any money. They have a “new” CEO now for approx 3 years… and nothing has changed, I really think someone more competent needs to be appointed to save the sinking ship!
Customer service means that the customer actually gets SERVICE ….SAPO has no clue what this means ,nothing has changed for years ,,emails not answered ,phones not answered ,tracking service down for weeks now ,and please dont blame Covid 19 2 packages posted from USA 1st week in march somewhere in the never nether ,cant track cos tracking sites emails and phones dont work ,,,,,,.Iwas quite happy with service in the good old bad old days of my youth ,local letters in same town posted before 8am received in the pm post [YES the postman deliverd am and pm.international post took 6-8weeks to get here by ship and 2 weeks to get to receiver ,now it takes +- 1 week to arrive from USA and 2months plus to get through JIMC and CUSTOMS if it hasnt allready been stolen ,, If this business was a real retail business everybody who gave this ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE???” would no longer have a job ,,get it together guys and learn how to answer the phone and emails ,it cant be that difficult

Why is Randburg post office not processing Covid-19 grants? Citizens residing in Township are turned back on daily basis. The staff is advising them that only locals residing in Ranhard are being serviced there. Please follow-up on this. Post office is a public entity with a mandate to service all citizens.
Good Day,I have been trying to reach the SAPO numbers for their customer services and their head office as i am trying to track a parcel. i cannot get through at all or end up waiting a long time . There has been responses to my sent emails as well . I wonder if anyone reads the adverse comments here . I have to say a few years ago this department was quite jacked up .
The customer service is rubbish. Added to that the website doesn’t work either from New Zealand.

I’ve tried the last 1 month to get a reply from the customer service by phone and on e-mail but no response. Sent dozens of e-mails with my international parcel details and nobody getting back to me. Only auto reply e-mail. Parcels has been in the country since 4th of Oct 2018. Every time I call customer service number I hold on to phone call at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week with no reply. Is there anybody that can help?
I’m expecting a package from the USPS.com and is almost two weeks no delivery, this is not what I expect from you guys, your service is poor, hope my package is safe! please get back to me once you get this message!
