I’ve ordered and received other things from snapfish ie Coasters, photo prints, photobook,2 keyrings but not the third. I had a message from royal mail to say payment needed £2.99 otherwise item will be sent back to seller, but was told royal mail received £2.99 payment then said I would definitely receive the item Friday 11th June. I had to take a F*** day off work because of this. I’ve checked my post box still no item. Now got to wait until Monday to phone their customer service team. Why should I have to place 2nd order again for another £2.99 payment. I might just take the refund.
BEWARE !
I placed an order for the Mothersday deal last night that was for 8X11 hardcover book for $9.99 AND free shipping with one code. I placed the order and it did not accept the code.. Because it was close to midnight I placed the order anyhow and called the company the next morning so they could apply an adjustment/ refund to me when they HONORED their deals code, They did not.
i was overcharged by $483 dollars. I would not do business with this company again!
