Ski Dubai is an indoor ski resort located within the Mall of Emirates in Dubai, UAE. The ski resort was opened in the year 2005 and boasts of 5 slopes. Developed by Majid Al Futtaim Group, the 85 mt high indoor mountain also has a large snow park. Ski Dubai is said to be the largest indoor snow park in the world. Spread across 22,500 sq mts, there is a ski school that allows amateurs to be trained before they explore the games. The place can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. The temperature here is maintained at -1d to -2d.
Theย range of activities you can enjoy at Ski Dubai include Ski Slope (glide through fresh snow), Snowboarding (a perfect place for snow surfing), Chair Lift (a chairlift offering incredible views) and Snow Bullet (soar as high as 16mtrs above slopes).
At Ski Dubai you will also find Gentoo and King penguins. You can get close and even interact with the rare birds. For refreshments and dining, you have two themed restaurants – one called St Moritz Cafe located at the entrance and the other being Avalanche Cafe, located at mid-station. Snow Park tickets cost AED 200. Ski slopes cost AED 210 for adults. There is also a Ski Slope Full Day Pass. The Ski Dubai Experience is for unlimited chairlift ride, snow bullet rides, dining and other benefits. It costs AED 510. Tickets can be booked on the website. I havenโt seen worst service at Ski Dubai customer service. I am trying to book my son’s birthday since 2 weeks and all what I get an email that somebody will call back and it never happened. My wife went to Ski Dubai in person and they told her the concerned person comes only after 5 and will call her back. Never happened again. I called the 800 number and talked to a Customer service representative, who said I have to book online and no need to talk to anybody. If there is no one to answer our questions before payment, what shall we expect after payment. It seems they donโt need more customers they have enough!!
