Put a couple tickets in my cart just to see the price, accidentally hit the buy now button and it does not give you an option to confirm it just automatically goes through. I have been trying to contact someone since yesterday around 1:00 p.m. I finally got through to a man named Ronaldo who refuses to give me a refund how many other people has six flags done this too? $300 and I cannot get a refund??!! I’m definitely taking this somewhere!!
The fright fest experience was awesome. I usually visit Gurnee six flags (I am from Chicago). We decided to drive down and try out this park this year for the fright. The freaks unleashed show was awesome! Loved the monsters, scare zones and makeups!!! The boss was also open, which surprised me, this ride is hit or miss! Great experience!! ??
I purchased 4 tickets online and visited the park on Saturday, June 29, 2019. Shortly after arriving the park had a power failure and many of the rides were closed for hours. A real bad experience and a waste of time and money. The park should have refunded the ticket money to those who were affected..
I just had THE WORST customer service I have ever had! My stepson is going to this event with his deaf aunt tomorrow, they live in St. Louis we live in Arizona. His aunts ticket was sponsored by an organization. I purchased a Dining Deal Pass & a Gen. Admission ticket, when the email confirmation was sent the Dining Deal was GONE and there was TWO general admission tickets on the confirmation. It took me TWO hours to get through to customer service, the rep was RUDE and told me I would have to RE purchase BOTH his ticket and dining pass and THEN they would refund my original purchase in 7-14 days! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I told her we didn’t have another $85 to spend. Asked her if she could just cancel and refund ONE general admission ticket since that is NOT what we ordered in the first place. She said NO! That I would have to cancel both or use both. I was so mad I asked her how this was my fault and she said it wasn’t that sometimes the ordering platform glitches..seriously?? I asked to speak with a manager, she put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back on the line refused to let me speak to a manager and told me if I cancel she will expedite my refund and it should only take 3-5 days for refund. HELLO the trip is tomorrow, what part of we don’t have another $85 to spend did you NOT understand?? How disappointing..This was a really important trip for my stepson and his aunt and we just wanted to make sure they both had a good time..AND I just tried to log on and purchase a Pizza Meal for him and the website popped up an error message saying there are no meal packages available for purchase…so now he is stuck with NO meals and an extra general admission ticket he can’t use.
My family and I went to Six Flags St Louis Saturday August 4, 2018.
WHAT AN AWEFUL EXPERIENCE!
Over half the rides were shut down and I have never seen so many rude employees in one place.
For the amount of money it cost for admission, drinks, food… it was ridiculous!
The park, rides, and restrooms were filthy!
There were no shows/entertainment of any kind!
Employees for the rides were not understandable at all! They are supposed to be telling the safety instructions/precautions for the rides and you could not understand a word they were saying!
Such a disappointment and will be informing everyone I can of this experience and how they should not waste their money and vacation time to go to your park!
I bought 2 tickets a few days ago, in hopes that my BF and I would go on the weekend (May 12th) and enjoy the water park. I checked the hours in Google, which clearly says water park is open until 7PM. We got there, paid for the parking, and got our tickets scanned, turned right to the water park and saw it’s closed! NO SIGN or notice around so we’d know before we scan our tickets! We talked to the guest relations (Adam and his manager Dawn (that were so rude)). They said there is a general information sign notifying that water park will be opened on May 26th and we can’t do anything ( we even went back and checked the sign, it was so small that we could barely see it). Without even going back to the park, we just drove back home. I just feel so frustrated due to the very poor customer service and their rude reactions. We were wearing bathing suits with flip-flops, and I can’t even go for any rollercoaster rides because I get dizzy. We just went there for only the water park. I told these reasons to Dawn and she was like: “It’s not my problem,” and there is nothing she could do for us. Please help me so I won’t feel like I was robbed by six flags both for tickets and parking costs!
