The customer service number has been without live assistance for over a week. I purchased tickets for my son for his graduation. I needed to update the reservation. I have been trying to fix it online, but the online portal isn’t accepting changes. The names on the tickets aren’t the same as the people who will be there. This is a horrible experience. I want a refund of the money I spent for these tickets. I would like some way to contact the park that doesn’t take a week for a flipping email to receive a reply.
My family and I purchased Diamond Ellite memberships this year. We have been to the park several times and every time the customer service is pitiful. Yesterday 9-7-19 is the most recent experience where we were literally asked to leave Johnny rockets after purchasing our food because they were getting ready to close the store. It was 6 pm and the park closed at 8pm. We chose Johnny rockets because it was well into the high 90s low 100s and I had both of my children with me. We wanted to sit inside. On our way out we attempted to use our discount to purchase a funnel cake for my son. The young man checking us out scanned the card and said it wasn’t working. We explained to him that we get 50 percent off because we were diamond elite members and he said it wasn’t working we had to pay full price. He never called for a manager or tried to find a solution to the issue at all. On top of all of this the people working there are just plain rude. We don’t even feel safe entrusting them to make sure our children are securely fastened when getting on a ride. It’s very concerning. We have decided to start going to fiesta Texas and hopefully we have a better experiance. We lice in Abilene. If not we will be terminating our membership and not returning to six flags.
