We visited with our family of 4 and were disappointed with our visit. Several attractions were closed and the lines for the attractions that were open were way too long. My wife and I decided to eat at the barbecue restaurant. We didn’t expect to pay $65 for one barbecue plate and one baked potatoe with two drinks. The food was pricier than the food at Disney World and not as good. Don’t think we will be visiting anytime soon from the Dallas area.
We added our daughter to our Gold membership and they gave us a white card for her. She lost it. They have no record of it in their computer. They will not give her a new one. It’s so frustrating Because we pay for her and now only three out of the four of us can go to Six Flags even though we paid for four people I don’t know why they didn’t give us a permanent hard for her I don’t think they had one of the time and this is really unfair. I am also tired of dealing with 16-year-old kids know customer service skills. We will not be buying coming here anymore.
I am so very annoyed. At me, at MetroPCS, and at Fiesta Texas. I have made 3 trips to Cc to pick up vouchers for “bring a friend” for free on Mondays. I have made vacation plans, allowed grand daughters to invite friends, and made motel reservations. I have called about vouchers and today was told MertoPCS does not have any and is not expecting to get any. My oh my! I have tried calling FiestaTexas to get help, but can NOT get past recording. No One to talk to. I am very annoyed. We purchase many season passes. We love to visit , but this is unacceptable. Take it off your website. It is not right. I will have to pay extra when I shouldn’t have to. It is 25 miles for me to go to Corpus to get vouchers. I made calls. And now. I will pay for tickets because I can not kids down, or break a promise. I keep my word. I am annoyed and needed to vent. Sincerely Sherry Cross
