About Siam Paragon
Siam Paragon is a popular shopping mall in Bangkok, Thailand. One of the biggest in Asia, the mall is mostly occupied by premier fashion brands. Located right in front of the Siam BTS Skytrain station, commuting to the mall is a simple affair. The Siam Paragon was opened in the year 2005. It has 10 floors, boasting more than 250 stores. Visitors to the mall also have the Sea Life Ocean World aquarium and an art gallery with some of the best.
Located on Rama I Road in Pathum Wan district, the Siam Paragon boasts a large parking space that can accommodate 4,000+ cars. Some of the top brands found at the mall include Gucci, Chanel, Balenciaga, Valentino, Kenzo, Hermes, Jimmy Choo, Hugo Boss, Versace, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Swarovski, Coach, Dior, Prada, Armani, Burberry, to name a few. The mall also has a big supermarket, several restaurants and a grand food court.
On the top floor, you have a massive cine-complex named Paragon Cineplex. There is also a large Blu-O Rythm Bowl bowling alley. If you are visiting here for the first time, dont miss the Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World. Said to be the largest aquarium in Southeast Asia, it boasts of penguins, gray nurse sharks and giant groupers. I have been patronising your gourmet market for many years, especially your oyster bar. Today, I had a most unpleasant experience at your grilled counter.
I was told I could buy fresh meat and seafood from your supermarket and let your grilled counter cook for us. My Wife n I found 2 seat at d counter n I proceed to select meat n seafood for them to cook. After selecting my meat n seafood I approach d grilled counter to cook d food for us. To our disappointment, we were told d seat we sat have been reserved n had to find other seats before they will cook it.
As no seat are available they will not cook for us. I was very unhappy as they should have told us when we first sat at d counter. You guys must improve your service standard by informing us that d seat are reserved instead of 30 min later after we have selected our meat etc.
I have always enjoy my experience at your gourmet market but this occasion is really a disappointment.
Pls improve your service standard.
