My husband and I purchased a king sized Serta mattress. We were really excited about the Serta king sized pillows that were also on display. To our disappointment, it was a bait and switch sale. Unfortunately, when it came time to purchase the package, we were told the pillows aren’t actually available. It is an advertising scam. My husband reached out to the CEO and we’ve heard absolutely nothing. Very disappointed in the false advertising as well as the lack of response from corporate. I think it was a very fair concern and obviously not a customer concern. Please don’t promote what you don’t sell.
I purchased a Serta perfect sleeper palm coast plush less than a year ago from mattress firm. I complain to mattress firm in less than three months that my bed was sagging they wanted a restocking fee plus a delivery fee to pick up and they did delivery fee to bring a new one out. I would’ve had to pay a $200 stocking fee if I did not purchase a new one from them I am not a big woman I only weigh 140 pounds I am a single sleeper I turn my bed each and every month so I receive equal where . My bed should not be sagging at this point I have tried to resolve the problem with mattress firm to no avail now I’m appealing to Serta, this is my second or third Serta that I have bought but I will never buy a new one or another one again especially for mattress firm or a Serta unless something is ratified.
I owned a Serta mattresss for 20 years and was very pleased so I recently bought another one, the Charlotte, from Mattress Firm in Ft. Smith Arkansas. The mattress is horrible and you sink down and there is absolutely no back support whatsoever. I went back to the Mattress Firm store to talk about replacing it and they had me go to their other Mattress Firm location to try a Sealy and Beauty Rest mattress that was comprable. After the runaround, I am paying for them to come pick it up, plus a restocking fee, and I am very unhappy with the whole process starting with the mattress being horrible. I really hate that Serta is not what it used to be, and the stores selling them do not seem to care. No wonder they do not care to refund, they made a lot in delivery and pick up fees, plus restocking fees.
