    Is it possible to change the delivery address on tickets for a March 8th event? When I checked out it sounded like the tickets would be shipped in plenty of time but my confirmation says that it will be after we leave home. I would like them shipped to our resort if possible.

  3. SeatGeek will not process my parking ticket request. I ordered tickets for an event and received a receipt. Now I’m trying to get a place to park and the app keeps spinning and says processing…

    Very disappointed. Was purchasing tickets for Columbia, SC and the website directed me to Columbia, MD. I don’t think Columbia, SC was avail yet. Somehow I was mislead and ended up with 3 tix on August 8th. I was trying to buy for SEPTEMBER AT COLUMBIA SC. IMMEDIATELY called visa to file dispute. They called seat geek who said out of luck and were rude. My son is out a graduation present. They said try to resell 2 days prior. Unbelievable that they wouldn’t help when I was mislead.

    I could not get help placing my order so I am forced to go to Stubhub. I just place an order with you guys a few weeks back, same credit card, same billing address, same phone number. But now all of a sudden, I have the wrong billing address? ($780 order today and future orders)

    I purchased a 2 day pass for the American Rodeo in Dallas Texas in March. When I go to my email it won’t let me print them out. I do not want an app on my phone. I am not going to travel that far and not know I have the tickets in my hand.

  8. Horrible customer support – virtually non-existant. Tried to go into voice – asked for a call-back – system disconnected, twice. E-mail address is incomplete.
    Tried to delete ticket for sale – could not do it!

  9. I can’t get my tickets! It says accept and when I go to try it says forbidden 403. I need the tickets by Friday pm!!!! I’ve tried to accept them for 2 days! I’m taking students from my high school to a soccer game!

    I need to resolve an issue. I attempted to refund/sell back my coldplay tickets from 8/25/17

    I never got a confirmation number back. Now my seatgeek app states I no no longer own the tickets.

    The concert was postponed and eventually cancelled. I’d appreciate any help in this matter. thank you

    This is my first time using Seat geek- I’d like to end on a positive not so I can purchase sports/concert tickets next year.
