SeatGeek is an online ticketing platform that was launched in the year 2009. Headquartered in New York, SeatGeek has grown to be a formidable competitor in the event ticket marketplace. The platform boasts of close to 125,000 events and 500,000 teams and artists. It acts as an aggregator, searching dozens of popular ticket sites.
Tickets can be searched by performers, events or venues. The website also has a nicely laid menu with popular categories Sports, Music, Theater, Comedy, among others mentioned. You can search by teams of MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL or MLS, or filter by a band or artist name. SeatGeek’s Deal Score system analyzes thousands of ticket listings to provide the most discounted rates. There are also interactive maps to locate your seat and see how close it is from the action.
With SeatGeek, you can also get notified when your team or favourite artist is in your city or track them time to time. Purchases of tickets can be made through major credit cards. You can receive the tickets electronically or through post. You have the option to filter through e-tickets. I am trying to get hold of customer service, there’s nothing!! Seatgeek put a picture of the view from my cubs seats with a pillar covering 2nd base. There are no obstructions in front of my seats at Wrigley. I want Stubhub back, at least they answered a phone and have customer support. They also had proper pictures.
We never accepted the transfer of tickets because the tickets were not given to us until one hour before game time and we were already inside the stadium, having had to buy other tickets so we could go to the game. We bought airline tickets, hotel and a rental car to go to this game which had confirmed tickets in July by SeatGeek.
Big run around with Seatgeek. They in fact sent my ticket distribution to Ticketmaster. When I try to use Ticketmaster my Email will not work. Have made several attempts to rectify the situation to no avail.
I bought tickets for an NFL game as a Christmas gift to celebrate my son’s holiday homecoming. We didn’t receive our ticlet by game day but went to the game anyway…bc Seat Geek states tickets can be delivered anytime up to start of event. We planned a very special occasion to celebrate with our son….and it was incredibly disheartening to be standing outside of the stadium when we paid for ticket to be inside watching the game.
Everybody knows good customer service grows businesses. By providing top-notch customer service, businesses recoup customer acquisition costs and cultivate a loyal follow that refers customers, and generates positive testimonials and reviews…its simple and smart. SEAT GEEK DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEIR EXPERIENCES, THEIR LOSSES OR THEIR OWN COMPANY’S INTEGRITY.
Seat Geek has a Buyer Guarantee….as any legit business should. BUYER BEWARE! First and foremost, Seat Geek purposefully makes it extremely difficult to connect and have live communication with them. Sure, they have a contact number….and after a couple hours waiting on the phone for a cs rep, you’re met with rude and disrespectful employees who clearly don’t care about anything.
Seat Geek has some of the highest ticket/service fees in the industry but yet when it comes time to stand behind their service and honor their own guarantee…they tell you to your own banks and credit card companies to pay for fraud that occurred on their platform/site. Customer Service is non-existent.
Purchased tickets to the Ontario reign hockey game and the tickets were never delivered to my email like they were supposed to be. Talked to customer service and a manager and nobody even calls back or answers emails. Cherry is an awful customer service rep.
We bought tickets on game day. Today. Received order confirmation but never any tickets. On the phone waiting to speak to someone for over an hour and a half. Game started an hour ago. Still don’t have tickets.
Still says my tickets have not been accepted even after I have verified my email address. The game is today. I was on hold for almost an hour with no response
This place is an absolute joke, I have bought and sold tickets from here multiple times and understand the process and subsequent delays in payment. After I recently sold tickets I waited the appropriate time and payment never came so I contacted customer service, when they looked into it they said they see the payment was issued but not sure why I didn’t receive it. I sent 90 minutes on the phone and was able to speak with a “supervisor” who assured he would call back by end of day. Instead of a call I later received a email confirming issuing of payment followed by another email an hour later claiming my tickets were fraudulent nd my account was on hold. This is 11 days after the event was held and this is the first notice I am receiving that there was any issue with the tickets conveniently when I am calling about the payment for them. Since Friday when this was taken over by there “trust and safety” department I have sent all required documentation to try and receive payment and have my account taken off review and this morning I receive an email saying tickets for another event were just sold from my account. I want this resolved and swear to never use them for anything again and to let everyone know how much of a joke this operation is.
This business is ridiculous! I have tried for almost two months now with emails and phone calls waiting to receive help about my tickets. I haven’t even been able to talk to an actual person OR receive the tickets in any form after spending over $1,000! The business has ZERO customer service for any type of reason. Every time I call I’m just on hold waiting forever or the other side is hanging up. Emails are auto generated and are also of ZERO help despite all of them I have sent.
I’m still waiting for our ticket, i ordered 6 tickets,you guys told me you will mail it to me its already 7 days to go before the concert start.
Is it possible to change the delivery address on tickets for a March 8th event? When I checked out it sounded like the tickets would be shipped in plenty of time but my confirmation says that it will be after we leave home. I would like them shipped to our resort if possible.
SeatGeek will not process my parking ticket request. I ordered tickets for an event and received a receipt. Now I’m trying to get a place to park and the app keeps spinning and says processing…
Very disappointed. Was purchasing tickets for Columbia, SC and the website directed me to Columbia, MD. I don’t think Columbia, SC was avail yet. Somehow I was mislead and ended up with 3 tix on August 8th. I was trying to buy for SEPTEMBER AT COLUMBIA SC. IMMEDIATELY called visa to file dispute. They called seat geek who said out of luck and were rude. My son is out a graduation present. They said try to resell 2 days prior. Unbelievable that they wouldn’t help when I was mislead.
I could not get help placing my order so I am forced to go to Stubhub. I just place an order with you guys a few weeks back, same credit card, same billing address, same phone number. But now all of a sudden, I have the wrong billing address? ($780 order today and future orders)

I purchased a 2 day pass for the American Rodeo in Dallas Texas in March. When I go to my email it won’t let me print them out. I do not want an app on my phone. I am not going to travel that far and not know I have the tickets in my hand.
