  1. I am very disappointed in customer service. I was sent two defective warmers. Scentsy confirmed they had a bad batch and would refund me. When I never got my refund, confirmed in writing by my rep that I would get, I got rude customer service and then offered less than I paid! Total bs!

  2. Scentsy only cares about their bottom line. I was trying to go back to check my order when the order posted in error. Called customer service and was told basically there was nothing they could do. Must be nice to steal from customers.I’m sure they have never made an error.This was my first dealing with scentsy and it definitely will be my last.

  3. Scentsy is bull now. Nothing but a money grubbing company. So many rules and you have to buy so much to get to free shipping and if you get to it, but someones order is sold out it is somehow your fault and you lose your free shipping. Even though you held up your end and got all your orders in. No one cares about the customer just about making money. I am switching to knock off brands from now on. One big soulless box company is as good as the next.

    I am so very disappointed in the scentsy bars. The scents don’t last long at all anymore.. I started using walmart brand they last me days…
