I canceled my subscription 2 months ago. I do not like the fragrances they have sent. However they have disregarded my cancelation & continue to send their products. Can someone please tell my how to get them to stop.
Same here I cancelled my subscription back in Aug.. they sent me a confirmation and they just sent me an order I didnt place. I tried reaching the support, but no response whatsoever.
