I witnessed the trainer slap the orangutan so hard you could hear it not once but twice on his face in front of everyone, I was disgusted, the orangutan sat on the seat as directed then was slapped for no reason, so many people saw this my kids heard the slap thank goodness they didnt witness it, I made a complaint but was told that’s what the trainers do because the orangutan are so strong, ok but slap them in the face for nothing what’s that about, I also witnessed with the tiger Cubs the trainer grab it by the tail and throw it in the cage after it had its photo and a tiny drink of the bottle to have its picture taken, is that training to, I was so disgusted I cried to the information lady and our family walked out of there and will never return, I will be telling everyone I know about this I am so heart broken for the animals they are the reason money comes into your work place, please do something and change the way the animals are treated, or dont do this business at all
Dear administrators,
It is my understanding that residing at your facility is an orangutan that is eating excessively due to boredom. I ask that immediate action be taken by the means of surrendering this being to a true reserve to live his life naturally. In fact I feel that all of your residents should likewise be surrendered to appropriate institutions that are better able to manage their care. Thank you.
