  1. Your attendant purposefully denied boarding on grounds of “having a bad day”. Had to purchase a 200 dollar ticket for the next day flight only to be given a wrong ticket and watch other passengers check in past the time. The lack of professionalism is distasteful and a refund should be warranted for such cases.

Hi I would like to know how do I cancel a ticket that’s was not allowed at the airport and had to purchase another one is it possible to cancel it and get a refund?

  3. Jacintha Uwamba Reply

I did a booking for Tom for tomorrow Thursday from Nairobi to Entebbe on the flight of 17.20 to come back on Saturday at 10.50 but after doing the payment of the ticket I was given a different schedule that is impossible. The flight is changed to tomorrow 5 am and return changed to Saturday 3 am. Kindly rectify this urgently and put Tom on tomorrow’s evening flight to come back on Saturday morning at 10.50 as it was from the booking.
