This is beyond ridiculous that I sent an item on the 17th of march and almost one month later it is still in the UK. When I went to the post office they stated this will be delivered within five to seven working days…they knew about the crisis why did they not advise me that is not best to send at this time.
Instead I was reassured that my parcel will be delivered within 5 to 7 days. Item Received by Royal Mail. We have received your item at LANGLEY HWDC IPS, our international processing centre. Your item is being prepared for dispatch overseas. At this time I am very annoyed with royal mail service and their staff intelligent.
I sent the package back to the warehouse but cannot get my money back due to the current situation. My reference number is 02148E340149C9ED.
My return was delivered on 24/03/2023.
Still no mail after 6 days. Royal Mail have really gone down the drain. Last time I even went to the main office here and my letter was there. Some some thing about postman being sick. Sorry I dont buy that.
I ordered a package which was sent special delivery with guaranteed delivery but it has not arrived. It is stuck in Warrington Mail Centre. Tracked to there on Saturday 25 February 2023 but no further detail – apparently in transit. I have chased but cannot get any satisfaction. It is also impossible to get through on the phone due to call waiting of over 40 minutes and trying to find an address to write to is very difficult – ironic really! I suspect my package has permanently gone lost. Warrington MC has a shocking reputation for same.
My parcel for grandson Christmas present has been in the uk outside of Newcastle since 28th November and tracking number RR367262386TR has never been updated since then. Take that this is not coming for Christmas this year. The service is shocking. I will never use royal mail again for anything.
We’re having the same problem and trying to find out why it’s stuck in a depot with no reason is disgusting. I sent a parcel back on the 6th December, it arrived at Sheffield….now it has been stuck in Northampton since 10th.
I agree – this is a shocking service. There is no human voice available to speak to anyone about tracking my parcel which they have had since 14/12/22. Their website just shows as we have it on that date with no update whatsoever since then. The whole system is automated where they just reply they have the parcel but there is no indication of how you can track it. Absolutely useless.
Since January 2, the package in Peterborough. Tracking does not provide any more information. 20 days parcel in sorting – terrible. Today 63 as a package on the way.
Wrote by e-mail – letters do not reach the customer service. The phone is not answered.

I’m going round and round and round in circles trying to find a way to communicate with SOMEONE at Royal Mail – why do you not make this possible? I’m trying to find my parcel that is in the system (not yet delivered) and been in it for ages and ages! Apparently it is at Jubilee Mail Centre – the tracking no for it is KB959916233GB.
Are you not ashamed of yourselves? Three months warning only to use up one’s stamps! Why were your customers not asked? Are you not a service worldwide? What’s this utter nonsense with bar code stamps? Most of us are dependent on the mail service, and the intelligent even write letters and use nice stamps!
I paid £1.85 to send a letter to Spain yesterday. The main name and address took up most of the front of the envelope. There was a small sticker at the bottom with my name and address on it. Sure enough, the letter came through my letter box this morning! Now I have to pay another £1.85 to resend it and there is no compensation for international mail! WHY NOT?!
Item posted by seller on the 1 Feb 22 2nd class signed for and has still not arrived 11/2/22. Tracking service not working, customer complaints email not excepting email complaints. Has anybody got any idea how a buyer can find out where in the UK my parcel is or has the Royal Mail parcel service gone bust?
Unfortunately I don’t think there is a way. The transaction is between the seller and the Royal Mail. The buyer has to rely on the goodwill of the seller!
Last year in 25 November 2019 some one sent my documents (from school and university) to Netherland. But I don’t received it. I sent mail to Royal mail many times that I don’t receive my documents. And I asked for help. But unfortunately they don’t help me. And I don’t received my important documents. I’m sorry for myself that I trust on Royal mail.
I too am waiting for a delivery from the royal Snail that was supposed to be delivered on wed 8th July and I am still waiting. For a so called big company they are very very poor
I sent a package international track and sign on 21st April to Florida, USA and the tracking number is for a parcel Delivered to latvia in Dec 2019.
Ive been told international dept is closed and to contact on email. 10 days no response. Also logged online complaint no response.

Please, I really need someone from Royal Mail to help me. I feel I have tried everything. On Monday I managed to start an enquiry Reference # 191007-015124, and I have been to both our local post office and our local parcel-delivery centre. No help; only “we cannot find anything here” so now I am trying this.
Several weeks ago I was sent via the American parcel service a parcel. Tracking number LZ431524975US. All went well and dandy till it arrived here. I was told to pay customs charges. I did, a loooong week ago. Payment reference 3-1008650583029 and arranged for delivery Monday 07 Oct. Nothing. Tuesday I then spend 2 hours in Paddington Po and DO in Queensway….. Nothing nothing nothing. I keep on trying to track my parcel, it says I have to pay customs charges, I try to then your system tells me I have already done that. Yes, I know, but your system has a glitch that is keeping me from getting my parcel.
I have tried calling the phone number on your site. That is not a person but a machine…. The machine tells me I need to pay customs charges. Catch 22.
PLEASE? Do you exist? Is there a person reading g this? Will you please please help me?

PS. The US seller will not refund me as it is not her fault, she helped me track it and has been wonderful. The American postal service has been kind and helpful too – one merry fellow even suggested he came over to tidy up your ‘back-log’ of parcels. HELP

I want to track the package on Royal Mail online, but the system does not recognise the tracking no. on the receipt, says it’s too long. What is the point of a tracking facility that doesn’t work.
Since our usual post lady has been off delivery of mail in my area has been far from acceptable. I am constantly receiving for another person packages and letters I am now getting fed up with it. I’ve had mail go missing and I think Royal Mail Should train staff on how to read addresses. I’m disabled and cannot be doing Royal Mails Job delivering mail to the person who’s name and address is on parcels and mail. I tried to phone local sorting office but got this number is no longer operative. Bit like delivery in our area.
I live in an over 55yrs old housing association, 122 Bentham House, 2-4 Station Way, SE18 6NJ. I mail was being delivered about 11am for some reason it’s now being delivered between 5 and 5.30 pm, which is most inconvenient as a lot of residence have post from social services which sometimes has to be dealt on the day the post arrives.Can we have our post delivered back again to 11am.

Hi, we are also getting same issue since our regular postman has stopped. Getting post late evening. What is the point of having first class and second class stamps when first class has become second class. We are also not receiving post like we used to. Parcels rather then give to next door and leave a card is being sent back. The service has gone really down hill. This is not what you expect from a great Company such as yours. Please look in to this please
Mostly your service is efficient but when I posted a letter
recently and paid for guaranteed NEXT DAY DELIVERY I and the recipient were most upset because the delivery was delayed
for an extra day. Caused a lot of inconvenience.

Please assist me in receiving an item that your company is supposedly delivering. I did not receive a card stating a delivery attempt was made and I cannot set up a redelivery. My tracking number is LO020460213GB. I am in Germany and have called every number that I can find but continually receive the message that number is no longer available.

Twice in the past two weeks your postman has left a card saying that he has tried to deliver parcels, on both occasions I was in. Please ask your postmen to check the number on the intercom which is clearly marked Flat 3. Other companies that deliver to me do not have a problem. I am so dissatisfied with the service from Royal Mail and the continuous errors.
I have received the undernoted message for 3 days when I go on to track & trace. It would appear there is a problem with your system. Please advise as I require to check re delivery of recorded delivery items on a regular basis.

2) Why can the Royal Mail not publish on line the time of collection at each post box. I wish to find one with a late afternoon collection, and even the postman who delivers here cannot tell me that. That is extremely unsatisfactory. I know there is a Post Office, but parking is very difficult, and a post box in a quieter side road (even a bit further away) would be better. You cannot imagine any other public service not publicising information needed every day by the population.
HI there, I’m trying to contact Royal Mail customer services. I had a letter on 5th June from a customer service advisor (Laura Edwards) and I would like to reply to her but there was no return address on her letter and I’m not sure which address to use. Your reference is 1-4382430229/RTI and it’s about an item which was returned from Russia to the National Returns Centre. I completed and returned a P58 and the item was located. Ms Edwards said it would be returned to us within 4 weeks but that was over 5 weeks ago. I look forward to receiving further information. Kind regards.

I have ordered two packages online. Of which have been delivered to my old address as they arrived just after we moved. I have been in contact with the seller, new tenants and the neighbors who i get along well with and nothing is there. no red cards or packages. The thing I am somewhat confused and annoyed about is the package was Tracked (JV102362305GV) and WAS delivered on the 1st of June to the address by yourselves. Since this I have been into the local collecting/sorting office TWICE trying to get information. I have also been to the property owner and searched all sheds and outhouses around the property. There are NO parcels to be seen or red slips to say where they have been possibly left.
I have asked that your team if they can please find out who delivered the parcel on June the 1st at 2pm. I was told i would receive a phone call… twice… and i have had NOTHING. I have been very patient and polite to all staff considering this matter, but at the end of the day I have lost out on 2 parcels and my money as the seller WILL NOT refund me.
I would like this resolved sooner rather than later as i stated it has been on going since the 1st June. It is unfair.
