I went online ordered a large pepperoni stuff crust with creamy garlic sauce. Pizza came and it was made with red sauce. I called the manager at Buchanan Ave in Pittsburg Ca, told the manager and was told no it was not made with red sauce it was made with creamy garlic sauce. And he knows it cause he made it, and hung up on me. I had to drive there and show them the pizza. Been a customer for ever. No more.
I have been a Loyal Round Table Pizza customer for 25+ years! Staff made the wrong type of pizza & delivered on Sept 19, 2022 approx 8:30 pm. Then there was a black out in our neighborhood. By the time I got to even eat the pizza, they were closed. I ate one slice, they were cut very thin, then I felt a burn..like I never experienced with them, or any other pizza. I ate bites off a second piece, which I could never finish..the burn in my stomach got worse. I love them so much, I hated to complain, so I waited another day. But after talking to the young lady that took my original order Stephanie & her shift manager Frank; both beautiful honest people. I called today to speak with the owner Dan about an hour ago. After I finally called two numbers that just hang up on you. I was throughly ignored & spoken to in a condescending manner. I always spend $50 or higher. My order Monday was $65.69, and that was light. I had 2 kinds of wings. Mind you, I can take you, without GPS, to ever Round Table darn near in California..I know all of the ones in Nevada! So after years of only eating them I have one back up, but not any major chain crap. My heart was just broken, by Dan Owner of Round Table in Long Beach, CA Ocean Ave location. They tell you to call corporate, because they know there is never a person to answer. Even the Stephanie told me they made me the wrong pizza. They have no integrity. Any suggestions on similar pizza places?? Sad how they treat the loyal ones..
Why is it called round table… if there’s no round tables? Seriously even the King Arthur story has it at a ROUND TABLE. Why are they sqaure. Actually confused. Round tables are more efficient and take up less room. Makes 0 sense to me. It’s in the name, it’s in the story, so why sqaure tables.
Ordered my pizza and salad over 2 hours ago. Order said 45 until delivery. An hour and 30 min later our pizza showed up…no salad. Here we are an hour later and still no salad even though they said they’d be right back with it. Then when trying to speak with a manager they put me on hold for 8 min. I hung up and keep calling back and the phone just rings.
Tried to use a gift card and once again it would not go through. I have a balance of $37.01 on the card.
So frustrating- don’t sell gift cards if they don’t work.So so so frustrating
I ordered 110 pizza/salad/soda combos. Want the rewards. Asked for them when I placed the order, asked in a follow up email, asked in a call to the location, would have asked customer service if I didn’t get disconnected after waiting for extended periods four times. It was a $1,000 order….how do I get the rewards applied to my account?!
Walked in to your Portola location in San Francisco and the staff weren’t friendly or helpful in any way at all. I ordered a small sausage and mushroom and honestly was about the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was barely a step above frozen and I would swear the crust was a pre-made crust and not fresh dough. Dry and tasteless. Sauce was thick and tasted funny. And only 1 choice of crust? Never will go there again.
