About Riverside Museum
Riverside Museum is a breathtaking museum located in Glasgow, Scotland. Located on the banks of the River Clyde, the museum was designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid. It became the new home of Glasgow’s Museum of Transport. The 3-story building has an exhibition space, a corporate entertainment area, a cafe, an education suite, and an open events plaza of 8000 capacity. Spread across 7600 sqM, the museum’s display includes over 3,000 objects that showcase Glasgow’s past. The highlights include steam trains, trams, vintage cars, motorbikes and cycles. Visitors can reach the museum conveniently by bus, taxi, subway or train (nearest is Patrick station).

Each year, the Riverside Museum welcomes more than 1.3 million visitors. The museum is open from 10am to 5pm on all days.
