The worst Customer DIS-SERVICE call centre ever experienced, compared with other banks. Direct calls to the branches are not allowed; all calls can only be made to their “Customer Care” line which is rarely accessible. You are taken thru cycles of recorded messages telling you which buttons to press, after which you are put on hold for the next umpteen minutes listening to annoying music and information you don’t want to know. After all that, you are given an option, to hold and waste more precious minutes of your life which you could have use for better things, or leave your phone number and wait for them to call you “shortly”. Great choice!! And good luck with their return call, if you do get it at all.
The worst customer service ever. I’ve been trying to get my stolen debit card’s replacement card for more than 2 months but to no avail. It’s an embarrassment that a bank like RHB could not mail a new card. It’s not that hard!
Not surprising that the customer service got so many bad reviews, their service is EXTREMELY poor.
1) Calls got answered by answering machine and can never get to a human
2) They never read your actual problem, just get the key words and assume the answer, end up wasted customer’s time.
3) When you complained via email, they ignored you, no replies, no reactions, nothing! Only the automated standard reply.
This department seems to be too arrogant, I am not sure if the other departments in the bank are that bad, but this is an important department, if the department head don’t know about comments here, don’t bother and continue to ignore complaints, this bank is definitely going to be failure.
Same here, called but no customer service attending to the call and need to leave message for them to call back. Waited few days only received call from the customer service and some time not call back at all. How to attend to urgent cases for this level of service? I don’t have much confidence on this bank after the bad experience for their call centre. Please fix the problem before it’s too late to retain your customer
I’m very disappointed with your service. I have an issue to check but when I press to speak to customer service the line is disconnected. Have you set such a way that when we press to speak to your staff the line cuts off. Is this how you treat your customers. My first time calling RHB and I get this kind of service
very disappointed with the customer service. Called several times and pressed the relevant numbers, never got to the person or the section asked. Gave up and stopped calling.
Surprisingly there is so many bad review on RHB Customer Service. I personally experienced the same thing whereby I called countless time today and NON of the call is answered. Busy all the way.. What’s the point of having customer service but NEVER answer. Such a shame!
I have been trying to contact your customer service for the last 2 months! But no one has answered nor called me back. This month they sent me a yearly credit card fee for a c/c that I wanted to cancel but due to poor service. Get someone reliable to call me back!
I tried calling the RHB phone number but it was not answered.
I leave my phone number also, nobody call back.
Do not say it is because MCO period, other bank still can follow up and feedback as soon as possible, why not RHB bank?

A very Disgusting service!!!! Wasted my time waiting (waiting for ages!!) for someone to pick up the call. This is the worst ever banking service on the planet that I had ever come across! Wake up RHB Bank before your loyal customers disappear!
My brother bought a house in Kajang a few years ago. At first he was servicing his monthly installments. When he turned 55, he withdrew his epf savings and settled his housing loan in full. However he has yet to receive his grant/title to his house despite many times contacting RHB bank. I dont understand why RHB bank is insisting on holding on to the title of the house when they no longer own the house. Already paid the loan in full, but dont want to give the grant to the housebuyer. Its ridiculous right and its bullying my poor brother. Can you please explain?
Customer service very rude every time they call. They do not even know what to ask and what to talk with a customer.
Just waiting when can I transfer the loan to another bank.
Not satisfied with your service!
I want to alert RHB Bank about scammers using your bank accounts to received scammed monies. Who can I contact to report it please ? I am sure there other victims who may have fallen into such schemes and lose their money, usually paid into a RHB bank account.
I tried calling the RHB phone number but it was not answered and it is only meant for their customers. I couldn’t call and make an enquiry since I am not a customer.
I have been calling your customer service line many times. After 06:29 minutes..the line will hang up. I can see many complaints on the internet on your poor service for some time and it looks like it has fallen on deaf ears.Perhaps I should look elsewhere for better service than to hang around with RHB for my company business…

Its Saturday today 30th June 2018.
At 7pm, there is no Customer Service Personnel attending to calls.
At this current era, i find this hard to believe.
What is wrong with your system ?
If you are not employing customer service personnel to attend to customers, then why not update your website and all info portals ?
This will then enable customers to then choose better banks to keep their money in.
