3 days before I bought Clarks wages. Today i went to return them as they were some issue, but the staff was so rude and they were telling me to add some more money to return the pair.
Every time I visit the store they don’t tell the price of one piece directly but they always insist to add some more things to avail the offer.
I am really unhappy with the service.
Hi Good Day!! I bought Skechers Sandals from Reliance Footprint from Little world Mall – Kharghar on 30-09-2018 (CIN No. :- U01100MH1999PLC120563 ),(Payment Ref.No.:- 1917102000230092018),( Tax Invoice No. :- 191710218502133). On 1-10-2018 (the very next day I realized that it has a defect [after wearing yesterday] We went to your store in little world mall but we were denied any customer service, the staff were rude and unproffessional , denied any sort of customer service. While buying the sandal I intentionally asked about whether sandals base won’t deform, I got a reply for staff that NO it won’t. But the immediate next day it happened!!!
On the other hand when I spoke to the customer manager about same he also denied any customer service. He said he can’t help literally !!! This was really Unethical from Reliance footprints !! We really had a bad experience at the Little world mall Reliance Footprint store that was never expected for a customer oriented store.

Hi. We had bought Skechers Sandals from Reliance Footprint at Alpha One Mall – Ahmedabad. We live in Rajkot. Yesterday we realized that it has a defect [after wearing yesterday] We went to your store in Rajkot but we were denied any customer service, the staff were rude and finally they asked us to travel to Ahmedabad for this matter. We really had a bad experience at the Rajkot Reliance Footprint store that was never expected for a customer oriented store.
