THANK YOU ! Your stores are always clean .inside and out. Your staff is fast. Great customer service. Air is free for tires (as it should be)
Circle k is now pushing self checkout. Its so irritating. The circle k stores are always filthy. I refuse to have to do circle k’s job and check myself out and leave my money behind. Ive been going to circle k for years for coffee. Im going to stop and start driving a little farther to use QT.
We just stopped at your store in Decatur, Texas, to use the facilities there and buy drinks. The women’s restroom was disgusting. There was used toilet paper everywhere and shit smeared all over the seats. The towel holders are not working as they should and no soap in the dispensers. It was so disgusting I didn’t even buy drinks. I know that everyone is shorthanded on manpower, but if this was my store it would be at least clean in every way. This is a very busy station so something needs to be done here. I have never seen a QT this dirty.
I am quite disappointed in QT these days. Seldom do I go in a store and find the hot drink dispensers all working But my last 2 visits really caused me to write this complaint. On Friday morning I stopped and bought a large coffee. I was charged $2.22, more than previously but I thought maybe the price had changed even though there was nothing posted. The following Tuesday I stopped at the same store (1912 GA-78 &Rockdale Cir Grayson,Ga) and my husband got a cappuccino refill. He was charged $3.11. Their Sugar Free Cappuccino was taped up. I went to the QT on Hwy 124 in Snellville,GA and got my Sugar free Cappuccino refill for $1.58. Now tell me who’s cheating and why such differences. Looks to me like QT needs to do some serious training and include in that trading how to keep a clean store. The cleanliness has really gone down in all locations.
Why is QT’s going way down hill from where they used to be? When QT was a great gas station to go to get what you needed and wanted they had it, now days they are far from what they used to be you walk in and expect to get a slurpy or fountain soda and all the machines are down find a better manufacturer for your machine it’s every QT you go to unreal. Not to mention the gas pumps are always broke you see a damn plastic bag in the handles on every other one. And a other thing drives me nuts is the pan handler peeps that congregate in the front of the store asking for change I thought QT was a police sub station I’ve hardly ever seen a cop at any one of them for a long time. Bathrooms are never clean floor is sticky . I’m sorry to say QT you need to get your game back in your name…..
What is wrong with the QT location at 83rd Parallel in Kansas City Kansas. They have become unreliable for food purchases. Last few times they have been out numerous condiments for the hotdogs. The kitchen has been closed for fresh food purchases.
What’s up, QT? It’s getting to be really annoying to stop at one of your many stations, insert my credit card, and the machine won’t take it. This has happened several times at 3 different QT stations. If I wanted to go inside, I would go inside. Other stations gas pumps take my card; why not QT? The last one I stopped at made me prepay inside with my card! What the devil is going on? I used to go to QT faithfully. Not anymore. I go where my card is accepted, so that I can fuel up and go. I thought that’s what pay-at-the-pump was all about; fuel up and go. What is the reasoning behind this having to go inside to use my card? I’m talking about QT stations in the St. Louis County, MO area.
I purchased gas from QuikTrip#04129, cashier named “Gavin”. I asked for $30.00, gas came to $25.95. I went back in to get my receipt for the difference and was told it would automatically go back to my “card”, and they don’t give receipts for the differences. I have bought gas at many different gas stations for 35 years and have never had this experience. I spoke with the manager named “Ashley”, who told me they never give receipts for differences. I have never heard this before and feels like a scam! Is this your process?
QT used to be my favorite store for gas, snacks, and the interactions with the employees. However, today’s experience has changed all that. I am disabled and the way that I was treated is absolutely HORRIBLE. As I am using the restroom, security comes and demands that I leave immediately. I asked for the reason and I am told nothing. I asked again what is the issue and I am told to leave immediately. I ask for the employee’s name and he just walks away. I am escorted out and am completely embarrassed by the situation. I was made to empty my bag and now EVERYONE sees my instruments to self-cath. I will NEVER return to ANY QuikTrip again.
About the 27th of December, 2021, I purchased $40 of bad 89 octane gas at the QT located on Fulton Industrial Blvd. in Atlanta, Ga. I used pump #21. This pump had lightly poorly mixed or contaminated gas in it. Most vehicles engine light will come on or the engine will ping. Most vehicles built from 2000 and up will run on it because the computer will adjust to low or high octane . 87 octane has to mix with 93 to make 89 octane. Sometimes when the pump is not working well more 87 octane will be in the in the gas than 89 octane when you are paying for 89 octane. After calling 770-368-1616 and complaining about it , I got the run around. I told the problem would be resolved but it was not. The nozzle was never covered to avoid gas being sold. Instead they sold the remaining gas to cover evidence because it was a delivery on January the 5th. my self and the community monitored it over a week. I tested the gas in my 94 mint condition Ford van. it ran good in a lawn mower but when I added premium to the gas ,my van ran better and the ping noise begin to ease up. This means the 89 octane was more of 87. Called the corporate office in Oklahoma, and they only got a person named Max at the office in Lawrenceville Ga. to call me without resolving the problem. I was promised the problem would be resolved but got the run around for over a week.
We love QT and have several locations in Anderson SC that we visit all the time. We are extremely disappointed with the new remodel as the coffee machines that made expresso and specialty coffees behind the counter were removed. No longer will we be visiting QT for specialty coffee drinks which was a big reason we would stop. An expresso shot does not come from an coffee syrup bottle flavored espresso. My family and many others are disappointed. Whoever made the decision must not like coffee.
I think the person that designed the new layouts for the stores in the Spartanburg Greenville South Carolina area does not do the store Justice. Because of the new design the line to check out becomes cumbersome and the homeless have a blind spot from the counter to steal products. I have seen this on many many occasions and feel the design should be revised again for better store operation.
I go to QT often and normally appreciate the quick way the cashiers do service for the customers. However, when I went to QT yesterday with poison ivy on my hands, I asked “Chris P“ was very condescending and downright rude. When I asked him for a little help, he cut me off in the middle of a sentence twice to tell me why he couldn’t help me with what I needed. Finished my shopping and went out to get some gas. I forgot to pick some thing up, so I went back into the store and stood at the register by myself waiting for “Chris P“ to check out my items. Once again, he was rude and made sure that I understood that what I wanted was not important to him. This experience was very unusual for QT. Would someone mind giving “Chris P” a little sensitivity training at the store in Weldon Spring, MO 63304???
I frequent the QuikTrip in Tulsa at 15the and Boulder. I’m usually there around 6:30-7:30am. There has been for many years a policewoman who really did a great job keeping the homeless from the inside and outside of the store. I went yesterday and she was gone. The result is that several homeless were in the store, more outside, and a small camp across the street. This wouldn’t happen if she was there. I feel bad for all the people working there. Worry about their safety. You are driving customers away.
I am a 21 years military veteran who frequents Quick Trip gas stations no matter where I am stationed. This morning I met the RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL employee to date.. His name is Xavier C. I waited in an long line and when I finally go to the counter I asked an employee named Xavier C. for change. He said it was too late to get change. I explained I’ve received change before at this time and he said well that’s MY POLICY. I asked him “well what about Quick Trip’s Policy?” and he responded “you know what, I don’t have any change!” I asked him why he initially lied and said it wasn’t a policy and he cut me off and said “Hey you aint gettin no change so you can leave my store now!” I asked for his name and he refused to tell me. When I looked to get his name he said “go ahead and write it down, I don’t care”. I left feeling so disrespected and dejected. This has been the worst customer service I’ve experienced in all the countries I’ve been stationed. I know QT has trained this young man better in customer service and store policy.
This morning as I do every morning I stopped at QT in Wylie Texas as I was driving between the gas punps and the store a QT employee that was sweeping between the gas pumps started walking back to the sore a started to walk faster like was trying to walk in front of my vehicle so moved to rihgt to go around and park to go in store when i got in store this employee confronted me and told me i almost hit here and I am suppose to yield to pedestrians first time I have had a bad experience at QT and am not sure why you have employees that confront your customers in world i was brought up in i look both ways before i cross where vehicles are driving but for some reason she thinks this is her world
I’ve been a long time customer of QuikTrip’s all over the KC metro area for years. I’m usually very satisfied overall, which is why I continue to return, and still will. Today I stopped by QT #00159 off Cookingham Rd, and the sandwich I got for lunch was pretty pathetic. Barley a sliver of tomato, one slice of turkey breast, and a pretty sad looking piece of lettuce. This is far from quality that I come to expect from all QT’s. Is this the new standard for your deli sandwiches? You all are better than this, QuikTrip..

We just stopped for gas at your store in Owasso, Missouri. We are three over 65 travelers and were uncomfortably surprised that not one staff member or customer, other than ourselves, were wearing masks. We’ve appreciated your stores in the past but after this encounter it’s highly unlikely we’ll choose QT again. We have traveled through several states since June and this was by far the worst gas station as far as employees seeming totally unconcerned about the health of themselves and their customers. Too bad, since we had very different impression of QT prior to this experience.
The Arnold Missouri location has become the worst. First, they no longer know how to order. The shelves are empty half the time, and I very seldom can get a hot chocolate because they are always out of powder. The stores in the surrounding areas never have this problem.
I have complained once before about the mold behind the hot machines. Thought they would clean it out before they completed, but I really do not believe they did. The other stores in the surrounding area are clean and stocked?
