  1. I’m certainly not happy with Progressive. I applied for the snapshot and installed it in my car.
    It took Progressive a month to realize it was not monitoring my driving and in fact was a defective device. Now, I have to mail it back and receive another one. I would think Progressive would be more diligent. I’m hoping this next one will be working properly.
