Practo is an Indian healthcare startup connecting patients and doctors. The company was founded by Shashank ND and Abhinav Lal in 2008. Currently, the platform is used by users in 15 countries and boasts of 200,000+ healthcare providers. There are 50 million appointments made through the platform each year. Doctors can create a free listing on the platform. All doctor profiles are verified for medical license, qualification and specialisation.
Patients can search doctors, clinics and hospitals using keyword, practice, or location. Each year more than 25 million patients use the platform to book instant appointment with doctors. On each doctor profile, you can see the name, experience, education, consultation time, address and cost. You can also read feedback left by other users.
