  1. I missed my flight and I know it was your fault. I got there before time and joined a queue. When it was almost my turn, the lady said I should join another queue which made me the last despite arriving before many people. When I was finally attended to, they said the gate closed a minute ago. It’s soo unfair. I have lost money and my plans have been destroyed.

    Good evening, I was trying to call to customer service, but any of these numbers doesn´t work. Also I was trying to contact feedback email address, unfortunately with the same result. Could you please help me with this problem?
